Horibal

Overall, the hotel services were disastrous.

1. The reception staff treated Algerian citizens arrogantly, unlike their treatment of foreigners. They also overcharged us by €150 on top of the original booking price, claiming that the website we booked through was for the European market. I consider this blatant theft, as I have stayed at the same hotel for several years and they never dared to do this.

2. The restaurant was in complete chaos, and the food was of poor quality and tasteless.

3. The restaurant staff were arrogant, except for the new trainees who were welcoming.

4. The room's bedding was old and very shabby.

In short, everything was bad except for the entertainment team, who were cheerful and professional, especially BASSEM, nicknamed Max.

Nie wieder

Ich habe über CHECK24 ein Hotel in Düsseldorf gebucht. Bei dem Buchungsvorgang änderte sich das Buchungsdatum, was ich nicht bemerkte. Erst nachdem ich mit Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte und eine Buchungsbestätigung bekam, sah ich den Fehler und versuchte sofort eine Änderung des Buchungsdatums zu bewirken. Von Roomdi kam bis heute keine Bestätigung. Auch CHECK24 ist es nicht gelungen. Ich hätte zum vollen Preis stornieren können, das mache ich nicht, sonst wird das Zimmer nochmal verkauft, dann verfällt es eben. Frechheit, nie wieder. Künftig buche ich nur noch direkt, ohne dubiose Zwischenhändler.

Super hôtel

Super hôtel, chambres, restaurant, piscine ainsi que les espaces extérieurs très très propre.
De la Direction ainsi que tout le pesonnel, très à l'écoute et gentil.
Je le recommande fortement.
Et surtout bien situé.

I will not be able to see my booking…

I will not be able to see my booking again and therefore I cannot pay the balance or cancel ! Only 3 copies of the booking are displayed on the left side but nothing else. And I'm afraid to book again even though the trip is approaching! What do I do???

Take your money and no booking!

Cannot contact them or even speak to a person also they took my money but did not book my room at the hotel I paid for. I contacted the hotel and they had no reservations under my name.
I will never use the company again!

Petos

Jouduin tämän yrityksen petoksen uhriksi. Manchesterissa varaamani hotelli ei ollut saanut maksua Roomdilta. Puhelut ohjautuvat hornaan ja asiakaspalvelu on sakea. Lopulta jouduin maksamaan varauksen kahteen kertaan ja tekemään korttireklamaation pankille.

Välttäkää Roomdia viimeiseen asti ellette halua tulla huijatuksi.

Cerca del mar y zona tranquila

La ubicación es inmejorable cerquita de la playa, el personal muy atento y todo limpio.
Está en una zona tranquila y tiene un solarium en la azotea estupendo.
La cocina bien equipada y muy buenas vistas al mar desde el balcón...
Muy contentos con todo, repetiremos ..
