Mais barato, fácil de usar, reserva tudo ok

An excellent experience. I am in love with this structure that confirms its excellence. Extremely comfortable rooms. Exceptionally restful beds. Large modern and very comfortable bathroom. Perfect cleaning. Extraordinarily rich and varied breakfast. What else to say. I always gladly return.

Lamento dizer que esta experiência não foi boa, pois a roomdi cancelou a minha reserva antes da data prevista .
Não sei o porquê do cancelamento !

Fui obrigado a fazer nova reserva , o que custou muitos mais euros!

Impossible to get hold off- Book your hotel directly!

Lo mejor la ubicación del hotel, muy céntrico, a dos minutos de una parada de vaporetto, y con supermercado y varios restaurantes alrededor.
Lo peor es q la decoración, muebles, cortinas, etc, son muy viejos y el desayuno muy cutrecillo, el café para mí gusto malísimo, pero lo cierto es que viendo los precios de los hoteles en Venecia, creo que es una buena calidad-precio. Nosotros solo hemos ido al hotel a dormir por lo que nos ha sido suficiente, si he de decir que la habitación estaba limpia y que hemos tenido buen trato.
Si pensáis ir, no vayáis con la idea de que es un hotel de 3 estrellas como los q hay en España, se parece más a un hostal.

We booked Tugasa Hotel La Posada in Villunga and were a little cautious I must admit. Roomdi did not always get good review with stories of Accom not being valid etc. However, this was not our experience. We paid £10 up front to secure the room and then about 30days later, paid the balance. Tickets were sent to us regularly and we were kept informed of the progress.
On arrival at our hotel (which was really lovely by the way), everything was as was advertised or better.
Breakfast was included on our invoice and the accommodation house was aware of this and they had been paid by Roomdi. So, we had a very positive experience.

Excellent experience - hadn’t heard of this company when it came up on Trivago with a really good price. Booking was easy and everything exactly as expected with stay. Would definitely use Roomdi in the future.

Hotel has very nice pool and beach
Food is ok
Cleanliness is ok
Staff is good

La experiencia con roomdi a sido excelente, la gestión muy facil y segura.
El hotel elegido igual excelente, trato de personal muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones las camas comodas, si tengo que poner una pega, es que falta utensilios en la cocina como cafetera, cuchillos de sierra, espátula. Por lo demas muy bien todo.

Hotel very old and dated. Room was not as shown on photos from the site we booked from.
Although the hotel seemed extremely quiet when we arrived, they were not able to give us the room we’d booked and instead of an upgrade, we received a downgrade.
Staff just went through the motions, no pleasantries, not at all helpful when my husband was taken into hospital with a heart problem.
Resort fees charged were more than was quoted by the booking company, when questioned why, just told to take it up with the company.
Would not stay here again

We want to cancel our reservation, but it now says we can’t cancel. We have tried contacting them but have not received a response. We hope that we can still get our money back through this channel

A internet poderia melhorar, algumas dificuldades em conseguir a memsma.

Siamo stati benissimo: l'atmosfera dell'albergo è accogliente e la colazione super! Il letto super comodo e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il rifacimento quotidiano della camera. Il bagno non è proprio da 4 stelle (un pò datato) ma compensato dalla pulizia impeccabile. Consigliato!

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé. Acceuil au top , grande chambre avec vue ville/mer. Petit déjeuner au top également

Buon Hotel vicino alla stazione centrale ed accessibile a tutte le destinazioni attraverso corso umberto. Buona anche la cucina del ristorante

Our booking was ok and we didn't have any problems or surprises. Everything went very easy.

the site allows you to book easily, at a very competitive price but the stay, despite the reduced price, is perfect
