We travel frequently and booked a room with Roomdi related to our wedding celebrations. Every payment email read "Please pay the outstanding amount before 12.00 p.m. on 03/03/2025." Which we intended to do.

12pm is post meridiem - midday.

So tell me why our reservation was cancelled at 11pm on the 2nd of March?!

We have begged Roomdi to keep the reservation, but have had no luck and had to rebook elsewhere. We are now out of pocket for our deposit costs for no good reason.

Avoid like the plague. Disgusting lack of customer service. We rang their contact number 1000 TIMES and did not get any answer.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, especially if your booking is for a special occasion like ours was.

3rd stay at the Marhaba Palace. Lovely hotel, fabulous service. Great location within 5 minutes walk to the marina in Kantaoui. Great choice of food available including some gluten free options. Highly recommend.

El personal fue muy amable con nosotros y el hecho de que tuviese cocina hizo que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda. Mi única pega es que desde la habitación se escuchaba todo, por lo demás me parece un sitio excelente para hospedarse.

Very easy to book on Roomdi. Loved the fact that you only pay a £15 deposit and then the remaining about about a week before your holiday.

Dopo un po' di titubanza per la non conoscenza del nome, ho deciso di prenotare con Roomdi. E' andata alla perfezione!

Roomdi ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Was für ein mieser Laden bzw. App. Nie wieder buche ich hier.
Bei der Buchung für ein Hotel in Las Vegas wurde ein Endpreis angezeigt, den ich bezahlt habe. Im Hotel musste ich dann noch 200 Euro obendrauf bezahlen, ansonsten hätte ich das Zimmer nicht bekommen.
Meine Beschwerde wurde mit dem Hinweis auf das Kleingedruckte abgewiesen. Manche Hotels können einen Aufschlag verlangen, es gibt aber keine konkrete Liste, welche das sind. Was für ein mieses Verhalten.
Man kann nur jeden vor dieser unseriösen Plattform warnen.

Todo ha estado genial, el hotel estaba muy limpio y las instalaciones tal cual venían en la descripción. El bufet estaba bastante bien. El Spa es pequeño, el baño turco estaba averiado y no salían los chorros de la piscina, pero nos bajaron el precio de la entrada.

Não existe um contacto nem uma resposta para nada. Nem sequer para tirar uma dúvida, resolver um problema no pagamento, cancelar ou qualquer outro direito que assiste a qualquer cliente.

Prices are good and very competitive.
Reservation process was very easy and effiicient.

The truth is that it was easy to make the reservation and the customer service afterwards was fast and very efficient.

The steps in the payment procedure are not clear. You think that you have round off the payment en then new steps are necessary and that's not clear to the user.
For that reason my first booking was cancelled for reason of non-payment and I had the impression to fulfill my payment. And the clientservice is not solving this problem, reasoned by the fact that you can't attach them. (I lost my first payment (10 euro). I had to make a new reservation (which was a bit more expensive) and again I almost made the same mistake. Why make it so complex??

The reservation process was easy and the price was the best from all the sites I checked.

Accueil très sympathique, chambre charmante, hôtel très bien placé et le must : petit-déjeuner délicieux et copieux.
