Un lugar para repetir.
La estancia ha sido muy agradable.
Habitaciones, instalaciones, limpieza, exteriores amplios y bien cuidados.
Todo excelente. Destacaría la amabilidad, simpatía y buena disposición del personal.
Si tuviera que decir algo "negativo" diría que nos sorprendió que cobraran el uso de la caja fuerte y que no hubiese agua de cortesía en las habitaciones.
Repetiría, sin lugar a dudas.

I booked a room and paid £10 deposit…
I booked a room and paid £10 deposit and the balance of £168 was to be paid by 5th Feb 12.00 noon. Before 7 am on the 5th, I received a notification saying that the accomodation was cancelled! I have not indicated that I dont need the room for 14-16 Feb. neither did I cancel the room! I need the room reservation reinstated so that I can pay the balance. I know the rooms at the hotel have been selling fast and the only reason I think my room was cancelled was so that you can cash in on the higher rates! Its fraudulent and unethical!

Su ubicación es maravillosa
A las afueras de Mérida con un paseo estás en el puente romano, mucha tranquilidad, facilidad de aparcar el coche, muy cerquita del restaurante el Yate q recomiendo 100% q probeis
Desayuno buffet mucho donde elegir y muy buena calidad en mi caso media pension tb se cena de lujo, tardan un poquito en servirte pero no es desesperante
Habitaciones muy amplias x poner una pega las almohadas incomodisimas y olor a pintura xq yo creo q acababan de pintar las puertas de los armarios

Scam - beware
Found on trivago. Booked a room for the same day as advertised on their website, and paid online at the time. Roomdi took the money but the hotel never received a booking from roomdi. This website is a scam. Unable to contact them to resolve in any way.

Imposible contactar con atención al cliente. Tenemos que modificar el número de tarjeta para hacer el pago y resulta imposible que alguien atienda, solo puedes contactar con un robot a través del chat online

Malheureusement actuellement entaché par la crise ( quasiment pas d’eau à la douche, pas de musique au piano bar , une carte au restaurant avec beaucoup d’aliments non disponibles
