È stato facile prenotare

È stato facile prenotare. Ovviamente mi accerterò direttamente con l'albergo dell'avvenuta prenotazione, poichè non conoscevo roomdi e le recensioni non sono tutte positive. Spero vada tutto bene..

Me experiencia fue muy mala

Me experiencia fue muy mala, hice reserva a primera hora mañana antes 8 , me di cuenta que había error en el día, les escribí múltiples veces en el día muchos sistemas de seguridad, al final lo dejaron en proceso se cobraron el alojamiento y no dijeron más nada. Siento fue atención pésima, nunca había un número a donde llamar sino correo y un analista virtual.

Wir hoffen es klappt

Wir können noch nix sagen, da wir nur erst 10 Euro anbezahlt haben. Wir hoffen, dass wir, in 4 Monaten, wenn wir den Restbetrag überweisen, auch wirklich noch die richtige Buchungsbestätigung vom Hotel bekommen.
Ansonsten haben wir bis jetzt schnell für die Anzahlung eine Reservierung bekommen.
Wir hoffen es klappt alles…

They lie to customers and don't have any accountability in solving the issue

I purchase from this website because it advertised "Free cancelations" throughout all of the purchase journey. I was not yet sure I would be able to go on vacation on the dates chosen but wanted to secure the reservation, so I was specifically looking for websites that allowed for a free cancelation period.
When I went to cancel my reservation, within the advertised time, I was charged for that cancelation, going against what the website advertised.

When contacted, customer support said they had sent me the information that cancelations were paid, which is definitely not true.

I'll never purchase on their website again.

Buongiorno, avevamo una prenotazione da saldare entro oggi 17/01/2025 ore 12:00. Da questa mattina dalle ore 08:00 hanno cancellato la prenotazione senza giustificazione. Abbiamo provato a contattarli tramite i loro canali di contatto email e chat online senza avere nessun tipo di riscontro. Sito da evitare
