Hotel muito bem localizado para quem quer fazer os principais pontos da cidade a pé. O staff é extremamente simpático e atencioso. Guardaram a minha mochila, no dia do check out, até ao final do dia, com muita organização e critérios bem definidos.

Wspaniały owocowy raj ! Super miła obsługa - poza sezonem przy niskim obłożeniu obiadokolacja do wyboru z menu w restauracji a la carte - pyszne ryby, grilowane tureckie przysmaki i meze. Hotel rozległy poza zgiełkiem i hałasem otoczony drzewami granatu, mandarynek, cytryn, grejfrutów. Pełne zasłużone 4 gwiazdki. W niektórych 5 gwiazdkowych hotelach o wiele droższych jest gorszy standard.

Très bon accueil, personnel au top. Les repas sont bons. Le bémol est que l’hôtel est vieillot et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement surtout pour la plomberie (fuite d’eau dans les toilettes).

1. I booked the double room at Hilton at £207 per day for 2 days = £414 but when I got to paynent section you took £439 approx, im very disappointed and feel cheated.
2. My name was not being accepted when i started booking, took a long time many attempts

Waste of Time!!
Made a booking, all relevant details, credit card etc - "there was a problem with this booking, please contact us". But contact is via a useless stupid chatbot which INSISTS on a booking number - which the stupid ROOMDI system did not give me. Bunch of STUPID TIMEWASTERS

Ubicación excelente en Amsterdam, magnífico servicio y muy correcto el desayuno.

NEVER AGAIN - Where can you give negative stars?!!!! No one has even answered my countless emails asking how to get to Cayo Largo. NO SERVICE, NO ANSWERED EMAIL OR PHONECALL - ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE! Never again - I advise anyone who books in the future not to do this. Don't do this to yourself. I paid money not to be able to use my accommodation!

Btw: i travel a lot worldwide- i didn’t expected something worst like this!!!!!!!!!!!!

El desayuno bastante simple.
La habitación solo la limpiaron 1 día, el resto de días ni nos cambiaron las toallas, teníamos que bajar a recepción a pedir porfavor unas limpias. Por lo demás bien, sobre todo la ubicación.

They did a mistake with my reservation, cxl after payment 1 week before my trip ( i did it 7 months before) and just found refund in my bank, not even answer my mails. 3 months before, I did try to add one person in one of my rooms and they where 0 helpful… if you can choise another option just do it. 0 in customer service, 0 helpful and they dont care even in answer… web page contact is ennoying, not even works… i gave them 2 stars because at least did refund, but time without a answer, so stress full

Ho prenotato un soggiorno per poi cancellarlo pochi giorni dopo. Nonostante le numerose email l'acconto pagato non è mai stato restituito.
Servizio clienti inesistente e sito complicato. Non si vedono le informazioni essenziali ed è macchinoso prenotare.
Sconsigliato.

Even though check in is supposed to start at 3pm. I was able to check in by 9am since my flight landed by 6am but this was done at an additional cost. Took the bus 423 from platform 6 to and fro, hence very easy to navigate. The room and toilet was clean. I also requested a shower cap from the front desk and was given one. Very friendly and professional staff. Would be better if a meal is included in the price for booking due to the price, instead of paying an additional £15.
