Hotel pulito, personale gentile e ottima colazione. Stanza molto basica ma era la quella che avevamo prenotato coerente con il prezzo

A leggere molte recensioni, ho pensato di aver preso un pacco, anche se preso con un'opzione economica. Soprattutto per la questione della poca pulizia. Invece non è vero, tra l'altro mi hanno dato, allo stesso prezzo, una camera un po' più grande di quella prenotata. Tutto bene, tutto pulito. Magari certi arredi sono un po' usurati e la parete meriterebbe una passata di bianco, ma per il resto, tutto ok. Un 4 stelle vicino alla stazione a meno di 50 a notte...

Personale scortese ed arrogante (ragazzo della reception)
Camera Dependance (sembra un Ostello) situata appena fuori l'Hotel principale, i muri sembrano di cartapesta e si sente ogni minimo rumore provenire dalle altre stanze.
Manca il telefono nella stanza ed il frigobar vuoto!
Sconsiglio assolutamente.

I canceled my reservation the day after I booked the room, exactly on Dec.10, 2024. Today is Dec.31 and still no money has been refund. Customer service ignore my emails of request. They still owe me € 167,00!!!

Be very careful when booking with this company and make sure you read the VERY SMALL PRINT before you hit the pay button. Got hit with a payment at check in at the hotel I had booked in San Francisco of over $40 per night for “local expenses” not a word of this in the booking process but it was there if you’re eyes are good enough to read the minute print. Won’t be using them again. What makes it worse roomdi is apparently owned by Expedia. A company I have used and trusted many times over the years. Maybe not now.

We had no running warm/hot water in the bathroom for at least 15 days out of the 17 days we stayed, despite changing rooms, being assured of service again and again, and trying various times of the day to have a shower. The hotel manager said they weren't able to identify which rooms out of more than 300 might have the service on any day. The hotel on their website states they have 'full bathroom' but doesn't mention availability of hot water. As we weren't able to complain during our stay with the booking agent, it seems that we are not able to ask for any refund.

Il prezzo proposto è davvero ottimo, le modalità di prenotazione molto semplici e rapide.

Appartement bij Roomdi.com geboekt in Portimão Studio 17 Atlantic Hotels.
Bij reservering was alleen, via mail, verteld dat het een huisdier vriendelijk appartement was.
We moesten 509 euro betalen voor ons verblijf. Een prima deal !
Ik keek vandaag in de voorwaarden op de website van Atlantic Hotels,
Heel ver weg in de kleine lettertjes van het appartementen complex stond vermeld dat een hondje (tot 10 kg) 20 euro per nacht zou kosten!
In ons geval uiteindelijk 750 euro !
Gemakkelijk te annuleren...gelukkig.
Een les voor ons .Kijk heel zorgvuldig naar de voorwaarden voor het verblijf van een hondje !
