Terrible experience with this firm. I has a personal injury claim which I started and was accepted with them one year ago. They sat on it and fobbed me off for 1 year.
It was finally looked at by Tracy just weeks before the three year mark.
I then receive an email with no phone call telling they won't progress my claim for poor reasons without even discussing them with me.
Incredibly breath taking and highly upsetting as my ex employer get away with terrible treatment resulting in life changing illness.
It is now to late to go to another reputable firm with people where you may actually get treated like a person.
I have been treated like dirt.
You need to deal with claims promptly and talk to people.

Michelle and Sharon in the ivybridge office went above and beyond for us and helped the process go smoothly in a long winded sale process.

Have recently used Roper James Solicitors to act on my behalf for a property purchase and sale.
Karen was very pleasant to deal with and always seemed approachable. Communication was good throughout the process. On my experience can thoroughly recommend Roper James Solicitors.

Karen went above and beyond to ensure completion happened on the selected day (which I had a lot riding on). She and Simon remained patient and professional during a very drawn out process and ensured my questions as a first time buyer were answered. On the week of completion, Karen pulled out all the stops to make it happen.

Everybody was really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Going above and beyond, to keep the cogs turning! No long waiting times on the phone. So altogether a very positive experience. So much so, I didn’t hesitate to use Roper James again immediately after the the completion of the original business.

I can highly recommend the staff at Roper James Solicitors in Saltash after they did the conveyancing on my late parents home. From the very start they were sympathetic after learning this was the family home where I had grown up and it held many memories over the years.
