It gives me immense pleasure to provide this review in two areas- Probate and Property conveyancing from Ruperb James ( RJ). My Mother passed away Nov 2020 so firstly, RJ performed a highly professional probate service from within the Saltash office.
I subsequently, decided to retain RJ's conveyancing services. However, coming from Hampshire where i had recently sold a property i was worried service quality and execution of the task would incur the same problems previously experienced in Hampshire to secure the sale.
I had no worries throughout and could not be more grateful for the competence, communication and execution of the task delivered by Tammi Hingston and team within the Saltash/Ivybridge office. Tip Top superb! A totally different experience on all fronts with a first class service never leaving me in any doubt the property sale was indeed safe in their hands.
An unwavering attention to detail, fautless communication, prompt client response regardless of hour of day and refreshing professional attitude that resulted in a June 29th 2021 property sale outcome.
