I just ordered two items got email realized I ordered wrong size pants .contacted customer service through messenger. They want url I ordered from told them I ordered off the app . They acted like they had no idea about the app. Just needed to change size. Out of my size. On particular item .the other item was same price.but insist I give them url.

I received the order which is supposed to be UK 18, I am a size UK 16 and it is way too small. I would like an exchange as I like the product. I cannot submit my order number in the correct box on the website having tried numerous times.

wish the straps were adjustable but other than that Great value...The fabric is so soft and comfortable...Perfect fit and shipped fast! Beautiful, exactly as pictured Amazing quality! fits exactly by size!

This is by far my favorite shirt from ROSEGAL and I have a lot!!! Wore it once and received compliments everywhere I went!!!!nnFabric is soft and the grommets for the lacing are very sturdy.

Where is my order rosegal? I have not received it and I was able to track it now I’m not able to it so no information available. I feel I got ripped off. I will never buy from them again!

What I ordered was so big I could have put me and another person in it! They only want to refund me $12 for a $35 outfit! I got scammed!

I've only had great experiences with them. Items quality is great same as pictured and the prices are super affordable.

I liked them the first go around and then the quality dropped drastically and now they are telling me my address is incorrect so I won't receive the items I paid for even though it is the airline they use that has my package and I already received my second package at that address!
I was hoping to just get the rest of what I ordered and deleting the app even though I have a refund credited to my wallet but I guess not.

**I have been going back and forth with their customer support for a few days with no luck. I don't even want to open the latest response because I am getting very angry over this. It has been a month since my package was "handed over" to the airline that ships their products and they seem to think I am doing something on my end.**

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF JUST WALKING AROUND NAKED 😂

A PARTIAL REFUND OF 8 DOLLARS FOR ISSUES OF NO FAULT OF MINE? YOY KEEP CLAIMING FIRST MY ADDRESS IS THE PROBLEM(WHICH IT WAS NOT) THEn NOW YOU SAY "WELL YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS WRONG SO, YEAH, THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT." YOUR AIRLINE HAS MY PACKAGE AND ISN'T GIVING IT TO USPS

I even loved how each piece came in like it's own Ziploc bag. The colors and pictures on the clothes was just like they show.

This is made really well, it's super cute and true to size. nI'm 5'6 140lbs and ordered a medium.

This was the top that kept popping up on Facebook advertising for RoseGal it caught my attention. I love butterflies so i opened the page and discovered the amazing world of Rose Gal clothing. I purchased this one in 4xl but bit too big so had some one take it in and wear it ll time it is cute flattering to body type love it so much ordered another in different color.

They aren't high quality but they are higher quality than you think. You definitely get more than you pay for.
