Servizio di Reso inesistente e al limite della truffa. Ho acquistato dei capi di fattura assolutamente scadente (compro regolarmente da Shein sono abituata non mi aspettavo certo capi di alta sartoria ma nemmeno stampe sgranate). Ho naturalmente richiesto il reso, ho spedito i prodotti a mio carico, mi hanno fornito di un etichetta ma il mittente si è trasferito. Di fatto non solo non ho ottenuto il rimborso, ma ho anche pagato inutilmente una spedizione. Il servizio clienti non è stato in grado di fare nulla se non dirmi di aspettare che il pacco mi ritorno indietro e rispedirlo. Ovviamente non rispedirò il pacco perché butterei altri soldi, farò un opera di bene donando i vestiti alla chiesa, anche se sono buoni solo per il camino.
Sarebbe bastato rimborsarmi con un buono almeno metà dell'importo della merce e senza farmi spedire indietro il pacco. Io avrei dovuto riacquistare, non avreste perso un cliente, e avreste avuto comunque più soldi del vero valore della merce che comunque avrei donato. App cancellata di corsa

This review is both about my last item purchased and the extremely poor customer service that is now non-existent!
My last item is completely unwearable! It is very poorly made. The front is huge when zipped up but the back from shoulder to shoulder is tight and will rip as as soon as I move my arms. The fabric is nothing but a very thin shirt with an extremely oversized hood. It is not a light jacket as I thought it would be. I have been trying to submit a RMA since I received the item end of November/beginning of December. I was finally able to submit an RMA on 12/14/22 after several failed attempts and I got an email from Rosegal replying that my question had been answered. But when I click to see the response the website and the app just shows an error message "Question not found". I can no longer reach customer service for anything. I have tried several times to submit a ticket (RMA) for this item and the same message comes up..."Question not found" or "RMA already submitted". This company no longer has a way to communicate with them. I have tried Messenger as well and no one will help. Presales questions only with Messenger. They only advised I submit a RMA which I have done and can't do again on this specific item! Absolutely no one is willing to help with my problem from this company. I have been able to communicate with customer service in the past over items (purchasing from them for almost a year) but now there is NO WAY to reach anyone! This company has lost my business! MY ADVICE...STAY AWAY!

I absolutely love Rosegal. I ordered five outfits and they all fit amazing. As a Plus Size lady, it is hard to find clothing that fit and also very fashionable. Shipping was super fast and everything is made with top notch material. I highly recommend Rosegal!!!!!!

Huge Rosegal fan! I am Plus Size and it can be hard to find cool and funky affordable clothing in my size! From jackets to dresses and jeans -Rosegal has something for every style! Love love love them!

Vor ein Monat hab ich ein Weinachtskleid bestellt und wurde noch immer nicht verschieckt. Stornieren kann ich nicht,und jetzt bin ich ohne Geld und Kleid geblieben am Weinachten. Sehr sehr schlecht

I ordered seven items and was extremely shocked at the quality if I'm honest, it was a lot better than expected. I only disliked one item and that's due to me being short.

I love the brand. They have a wide variety of things and a wide range of sizes. The quality of the clothes is fabulous. I would buy it again and again. In addition, the customer service is exquisite.

Took a chance a few months ago and bought a dress. I loved it so much that since then I have probably purchased around 15 additional items that cost/alternative range is amazing. I honestly think it’s the best place to go to if you want to buy alternative clothing.

With regards to the sizing, I find it is quite accurate I always order my normal dress size. A lot of the materials are high. Stretch always good to read the product description before ordering.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS PRODUCTS! Especially the lingerie and the sleeping underwear. Fast shipping and good value for money. 5 stars!

11/202022 I finally receive an email from Rosegal saying they have shipped a partial shipments of my order. This is amusing and infuriating at the same time since the last email I sent I requested them to CANCEL my order and send a COMPLETE REFUND.
I am completely disappointed with my experience with Rogal. IF this was a legit company it wouldn't be so hard to CONTACT SOME ONE IN PERSON!!!
STILL EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!!!
I no longer need the things I ordered since I had to purchase a dress to wear to my husband's Christmas party being how this order was NOT EXPEDITED AS STATED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!!!!

I ordered $158.93 0n 11/11/2022. Rosegal took money from my banking institution and sent me an email thanking me for my purchase saying it had been processed.
That same night Rosegal send me ANOTHER email saying "they will process my order asa I pay for my purchase". I answer this email explaining it has been paid for and recieve nothing back from Rosegal. I try to call Rosegal on 11/17/2022 and sit on hold for about an hour. Then a recording comes on and tells me "no one is available to take my call and please leave a detailed message which I do. I received no call back .
11/18/2022 I call Rosegal again at an earlier time of day. Put on hold AGAIN by the automated system, just to recieve the EXACT SAME MESSAGE saying "no one is available to take my call, leave a message!". Again I leave a message. Still NOTHING from Rosegal! This was a purchase that was SUPPOSED TO BE EXPEDITED and it's been a full week!!!
I'm taking this to my banking institution, my state Attorney general and every social media outlet I know of!!!

I ordered from them for Halloween and a gift for my daughter. I made sure my address was correct before ordering. I dont know how the last number of my zip code got deleted and a Raleigh zip code added too. Because of this I believe my order was returned to customs in CA. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and Rosegal customer service said my request for refund was denied because its not their responsibility that my address was incorrect.

I ordered several items in two different transactions from Rosegal. I absolutely love their designs. However, almost everything I have received is made from super thin, nearly translucent, and stretchy polyester. It seems like thin swimsuit material. In fact, I ordered two swimsuits that had the same material as most of the shirts I received. For the swimsuits, I did not mind this material, but for many of the clothing items I received, it is unflattering. The metal chains on some shirts are made of incredibly thin and delicate metal that almost seems like pressed aluminum foil. Other decorative pieces on the clothing were made of plastic, which I did not mind. One issue I faced is that none of the straps on the tank tops are adjustable and the straps tend to be too long for me. I can probably alter these myself, but it is something to keep in mind when purchasing. I also broke a strap on one of the tanks while trying it on, even though I felt I was being extremely careful, but I will call that a user error. Most of the shirts seem to fit fine when following the size guides, but I did find a few shirts to be a little tight for my liking and since they are made of super thin material, they cling to the skin, showing off any fat rolls. Overall, I liked the fit of each item I received. Two of the items I ordered did not fit me right, but that is the risk you take when ordering clothing online. Another thing I did not like is that some of the items were only one piece when I felt they could be separate pieces. For example, I ordered a dress that looks almost like a shirt-like dress under a corset and skirt. However, the corset and the shirt-like part were patched together as one piece. The dress would have been amazing if the corset part was a separate piece or if it must be sewn on, it should be layered on top of the shirt-like part rather than patched together (I hope that makes sense). However, I would still absolutely wear this dress if it was made of better material because it fits amazingly. I strongly feel the dress should have been made of cotton but unfortunately, the material of this dress makes it seem like a low-budget Halloween costume. I felt like the material was too thin on almost every piece I ordered and would have preferred to see other materials used. I personally would pay more to receive clothing with the same designs as Rosegal but using higher quality materials and if the materials were better, I would gladly order clothing from the website on a regular basis. I hope they consider using better materials, but for now, I will likely not be placing any orders in the future.
