Do not buy from Rosemary their customer support is pathetic, their clothing sizing is lacking and incorrect and they simply do not have a return policy. Avoid them like you would the plague

Total scam. Product returned to China. Still waiting for refund but after nearly two months I will pursue a credit card charge back.

The dress I bought looks nothing like the photos; the fabric and fit are awful; it's much shorter than it was supposed to be (stiff fabric, that finishes just below the knee, not a soft flowing maxi dress). Total rip off.

This company is ripping you off , no refunds given , material of clothing cheap quality

100% rip off. Paid $130 for a see through cheap piece of acrylic fabric. Consumer Watchdog needs to stop these scams. Two dud dresses, two scam websites. BUYER BEWARE.

I am going through the same thing . What I paid for and what I received are totally different. Poor quality, incorrect sizing. We are playing the same game of 10, 20 and30% refund and to keep these garments. I do not wish to do this and asked for full refund. I
am willing to pay for shipping. Last attempt and if this doesn’t work then to report them and get my funds back. Has anyone got any money back from them.

00000 STARS - BEWARE OF THIS SCAM
I received a very poor quality item (unlike what was advertised) and the sizing and dimensions were way off the usual Australian standards. Trying to return the item has been extremely problematic. Initially they offered for me to keep the item and receive a store credit, then when I declined and asked for the address to return it to, they came back with multiple replies offering a 10%, then 20% and finally a 30% refund of the purchase price & discouraged me from returning the garment. This is not much compared to the $100 I spent on something that looks to be worth $2. When they finally did provide an address, it appears that this address has been used by multiple ghost companies - therefore it is unlikely that it actually exists. So there will be no record of them receiving a returned item (other than my own postal evidence and additional international freight cost). SCAM. My mum bought a dress that was supposed to be cotton, the pictures showed cotton. It arrived after 4 weeks (obviously straight from China) and it was POLYESTER, terrible crappy fabric. WARNING DO NOT BUY .

While completing my order, they charged me twice for a second dress which I did not order. Wrote to them and they did eventually refund me for the second one. I felt it was intentional. When the dress finally arrived it was an ugly print and fabric, similar colour but not the dress I ordered.. Not worth the struggle to try and return it and get my money back. I was conned.
There should be some kind of protection through the internet in buying online.

Complete con. One of those websites knocked off from an actual retailer but in reality delivers shockingly sub-par items from China.

Cheap nasty imitation of the garment advertised. Weird shape & faulty fabric. Have to return garment to china for a refund which may or may not be processed. Do not purchase anything through this deceptive company

If l could do no stars l would. Lovely photo of dress online, cheap, crappy fabric, ill fitting, just appalling. They refused to give me a full refund, firstly offering 10% then finally getting up to 35% after my refusal to accept their offer even though l reminded them of their obligations under Consumer Protection laws.
