Called today (10-15-2024) at 12:45pm to Rosland Capital and spoke with John. I was interested in receiving a brochure or an investment booklet. John was argumentative in his questions and all I wanted was information and/or brochure. He first hung up on me, then called me back. He requested my email and I was giving him my email, he HUNG-UP again on me!! Very Very RUDE!!

Following and completing my first purchase from Rosland i can confirm that once that the ID process was completed i found that from then on the process was really straightforward and informative whilst at the same time receiving excellent advice and guidance from Stephen O’Connor (sales manger) my delivery then turned up on the day on time as promised.

Heather Ho has been my agent for the past 1 1/2 years. Heather has always been courteous, respectful, efficient, & professional. She explained every transaction & ensured that I understood my choices. Heather has been available, patient, & always had my best interest in mind. I trust her suggestions & know that the transactions will be completed in a timely manner.

Heather Ho has been my representative of Rosland capital for about 10 years. I put my IRA account from cash into gold. She was very helpful in planning this all out for me and getting the work done to get it transferred into gold. I needed help getting the required minimum distribution for my account every year and when I called Heather, she was always very helpful in getting this done for me. I appreciate her very much because she was very good and what she did, took all the time she needed to get it to my understanding and to get it done. I don’t think anyone could’ve been more helpful to me than Heather has been, I would recommend her highly to anyone that wants to deal with Rosland get a hold of Heather Ho

Dealing with retirement, investments and financial planning can be overwhelming. Heather Ho makes all of that easy. She is patient, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. For over 10 years, she has helped me and my family navigate the complexities of our investments with unfailing guidance and expertise. I would trust her with anything and everything in the space of precious metals and investing. There aren't strong enough words to convey my appreciation for her help over the years.

This is a scam company. My dad purchased coins in 2009. They are worth roughly 12% less than when purchased. Plus this company is "not buying" at this time. Worse yet the rep gave me a bunch of attitude when I tried to sell. Suggested that given that the coins are a small part of my portfolio I ought to keep them as a memento from my dad. Don't fall for it like my dad did.

I contacted Rosland following a television commercial. I was fortunate to be connected to Micah. As a novice I had several questions concerning precious metal purchases. He answered my questions that assured i was making the correct purchases. Micah was always friendly and helpful.

took over 5 weeks to get coins. Big difference in amount of my check and its worth. I asked for an itemized invoiced and got the runaround . I would ask a question and the answer had nothing to do with my question. Looks as if I lost 7,500 in my investment.
I feel mislead. I'll never recoup my loss.

I initially received a call from callum, he sent me some further information and scheduled a call with one of the senior guys Edward. He helped guide me towards the best performing assets and made the process extremely easy. Thanks again guys!

From start to finish the customer service provided by George was outstanding. I had never bought gold before and needed some guidance. I just called for info after seeing a William Devane ad for the thousandth time.

After a pleasant exchange with the sales rep, he turned into an a$$hole wanting to argue with me over my questions about how pricing works.

Then, suddenly, he said "have a good day," and hung up on me.

I'll continue to do my business with another company.

Sold my gold coins was told it would take two months to get my check. Had to call to see what happened to the check My agent had no clue thought I received my check had to look into what was going on. I was told the wrong information by my agent and the person looking into the matter. Very poor communication on everyone handling the returns of my coins from shipping them to contacting me that there was a problem when they were received from the warehouse. The outcome was I finally received a check but not the full value of the coins I shipped, It seems coins were missing, and no one told me they were missing until I asked why I wasn't receiving the full value the outcome was there was nothing they could do for me. Was very unhappy with this company will never deal with them again.

Extremely knowledgeable and can explain information exactly the way you can understand. I’ve never seen such honesty and compassion at a business. Knowing whom you’re dealing with along with TRUST I feel safe and understand the process! Heather Ho definitely knows the market and she cares so much for her customers! I definitely would do this again

I wanted to buy gold and silver bullion for my IRA and they conned me into buying proof coins saying they will be worth more in the end. It has been 14 years later and they are STILL NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID FOR THEM. They are crooks, frauds, and shysters. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. They mark their proof prices up 24%, selling you lies. Larry Eberhart was the salesman who conned me. I STILL REMEMBER HIS NAME and lose sleep at night thinking about the money I lost.
