Salesman is not a dirty word. Good ones help.
I really prefer face to face communication, but Eric's sincerity built an almost immediate trust. No pressure sales, but rather a sense of his willingness to work with us to our advantage came through and he got our business.

Investing with John
John wanted me to invest in gold and silver. He was the go to person for investment. Once it was all set up I never heard from him. I called and left messages but no return calls. He was going to go over the statement and never heard from him. I talked to Equity Trust but was told I had to go through Rosland. I am very disappointed in this whole deal. I have not got any of my money for monthly payments. This has been going on since March. All I want is all my money back so I can invest locally.

There was a problem with the payment…
There was a problem with the payment sent to me after we sold back our coins. Brian was instrumental in correcting the problem and closing the loop.

My experience with Rosland Capital…and John Siewers.
My experience with Rosland Capital specifically John Siewers was very pleasant and informative. When I contacacted Rosland to expolre products, they patched me through to John. He was very informative and gave me some good advice when buying silver, gold and coins. What I really liked is that I didn't feel any pressure to buy, and he has occasionally calls to check in. I will defiantly buy from Rosland again and my agent will be Mr. Siewers.
