Stay away from this company. Bad products, HORRIBLE service, tree broke down after 3 days of use. Currently fighting to get my money back and a trying to return the tree. Never have I ever experienced such bad and ignorant customer service.
Edit - i have contacted the company prior to leaving a review and have received multiple replies. I would've expected customer service to be a lot better when getting a faulty product but no, definitely not the case with now. You should spend the time taking care of your customers instead of instantly replying to bad reviews. Then you would have happier customers.

The customer did not do this the first time, but placed a Trustpilot review with the complaint.
If we do not have received the complaint we can't deal with it of course.
Unfortunately sometimes by delivery something can break, of course we would like to solve this for the customer by sending new parts, but the customer has to send us an e-mail about this, which the customer in this case has not done.

Faulty product not fit for purpose & very poor customer service!
Item was purchased in December at a cost of over £3000, the item arrived 7 days late and from the day the item arrived the faults were reported and backed up with photographic evidence. It was only up for 2 days and it snapped and was unable to be used.
The tree has been boxed up since before Christmas awaiting collection and refund but company is very unhelpful in resolving the problem.

We have taken note of the photo.
We wanted to solve the problem with the tree, the customer wanted to repair it by himself.
We have made proposals.
The Christmas tree was too big to send with the package service, it was sent with a transporter.
This is also clearly stated on the site.
Sending with a transporter takes longer.
We regret that the client writes that we have not contacted the customer, the customer knows that this is not the case.
We regret that the customer feels that we did not want to do anything about the problem.

Unterste Schublade!
Haben einen Baum fÃŒr 150 Euro gekauft, da er uns dann doch zu kleine war, haben wir den nÀchst gröÃeren Baum fÃŒr 210 Euro gekauft. Den alten Baum haben wir dann nach telefonischer Absprache zurÃŒckgeschickt. Erst mussten wir 30 Euro fÃŒr den RÃŒckversand zahlen und dann wurde die Annahme verweigert. Durfte den Baum dann fÃŒr 10 Euro wieder entgegennehmen. Als wir uns dann telefonisch mit den Sachbearbeitern auseinandersetzten wollten, wurde wir vertröstet dass der fÃŒr uns ZustÀndige nicht da wÀre oder keine Zeit hÀtte. Da keine BÀume nach Weihnachten zurÃŒckgenommen werden, bleiben ich auf dem Baum hocken, der mich letztendlich 190 Euro gekostet hat.
Helt Utroligt:- dette var fÞrste svar Fra Royal Christmas i for bindelse med levering af fejl og mangler på leveret juletrÊ til kr. 1.500,00 + forsendelse
Royal Christmas --Fremsend en kopi af kÞbsfaktura og vi skal se hvad vi kan gÞre for dig som kunde.
Det eneste svar der er kommet fra Royal Christmas/ Dennis Veldpape er en mail med teksten OK!
Så man levere åbenbart defekte vare med fejl og mangler men Þnsker tilsyneladende ikke af rette op på reklamationer på varer leveret af Royal Christmas så vÊr opmÊrksom på hvor du kÞber dine varer.

Apologies for not speaking Dutch, but I wanted to leave a review as the service I received was outstanding.
The staff were amazing to deal with online and I asked a lot of questions and spent two weeks deciding on the tree. This was the second tree I have had from this company, the first one bought over ten years ago.
I sold it a few weeks ago and the buyer was over the moon as it still looked like new.
My new tree arrived within five days to Spain and itâs absolutely beautiful, everyone thinks itâs real. Took a while to separate all the branches, they were so many and itâs very full, just what I wanted. The most stunning tree Iâve ever had so a very big thank you to you all and a very Merry Christmas

Ze verkleuren na enkele jaren, wat ze helaas niet vermelden bij de verkoop
De buigbare delen vergelen helemaal, en de toppen blijven spierwit.
Mijn boom uit het jaar 2011 van meer als ⬠200.- mag toch langer meegaan dan 7 jaar, als je hem maar 1 maand per jaar gebruikt.
Probleem voorgelegd bij Royal Christmas waarop zei reageren dat dit kan gebeuren.
Spijtig van de boom, spijtig van de reactie!

I received an extremely unfriendly e-mail stating that I have accepted T&C s and can not return it. I tried calling them but my call was not accepted.

Vorige week heb ik een Oregon kerstboom met ingebouwde leds gekocht.
Op vrijdag de eerste keer de lampjes laten branden, en op zaterdag... niets meer. Meteen gebeld, en ze stuurden me meteen een nieuwe adaptor op (2 zelfs)... Helaas van het verkeerde type.
Dan maar opnieuw telefonisch contact gemaakt en geprobeerd uit te leggen wat er verkeerd is gegaan, maar ze eisten, en bleven eisen dat ik alles per mail regelde. Waar ik geen zin meer in had, natuurlijk. Ik wou een menselijke stem horen zeggen dat we vòòr Kerstavond (binnen 4 dagen!) lichtjes gingen hebben. Ze gooiden de telefoon gewoon dicht..
Bij heropbellen... meteen op de haak....
Wordt hopelijk vervolgd...
Ondertussen is er een nieuwe adaptor onderweg.
Duimen maar!

Sconsiglio vivamente chiunque a comprare da questa ditta. L'albero, mi Ú stato consegnato in due fasi e in ritardo. Ordinato il 7 Dic. e ricevuto dopo Natale. Non era il tipo ordinato, troppo alto, ed inoltre si presentava con aghi di tre tipi diversi oltre al fatto che i rami sono molto radi e ben diverso da quello pubblicizzato nel sito.

Einem Kauf bei Royal Christmas kann ich nicht empfehlen
Der zugesendete (ÃŒbrigens dauerte es ÃŒber eine Woche) Baum war ein aus geschrederten Plastikstreifen zusammen geklebtes etwas. Nicht ansatzweise realistisch aussehend.
Den Versand zurÃŒck nach NL muss man selber zahlen, was aus D nicht gÃŒnstig ist. Mehrmaliges beten um einen RÃŒckholauftrag wurde ignoriert.
Zu dem wurden zusÀtzlich 10⬠von der RÃŒckzahlung abgezogen, mit der BegrÃŒndung sie mÃŒssten einen Neuen Karton fÃŒr den Baum bereitstellen. â¬10 fÃŒr einen Pappkarton!!! Da war bei mir alles klar: royalchristmas nicht nochmal!

Ich wÃŒrde jedem den Kauf bei Royal Christmas abraten!
Der sogenannte Service war nicht wirklich vorhanden da man einfach abgeblockt wird und man dauernd auf E-Mails verwiesen wird!
Bei nachfragen ob man mit einem Vorgesetzten sprechen könnte wurde man beleidigt und beschimpf.
RÃŒcksendung war fÃŒr die Firma ein Fremdwort. Auf mehrmaliges beten um einen RÃŒckholauftrag wurde das dezent ignoriert ( aus Ãsterreich war es fast nicht möglich das Paket so zurÃŒck zu schicken)
Anscheinend wird man bei zu schlechten Bewertungen gemeldet denn meine erste Bewertung wurde gelöscht und man kann sich denken wieso.
Mein resÃŒme: lieber nicht bei Royal Christmal.nl kaufen!!!
