Fantastic assistance over the phone, Natalie was able to make the amendments needed to change a dogs details after the original owner used the wrong form.

Phoned today to get in touch regarding my Pedigree Poodles paperwork. I was told that without some missing papers from one parent that I could not register my dog with the KC (UK). The only way for me to do this would be to contact the original breeder whose number is no longer in use. Despite having my dogs DNA tested with certificates of 100% purebred status and additional vet verification of breed standards. I decided to opt for another Kennel Club and also for the purpose of registering any future litters I intend to have.
Despite the aforementioned it was tedious to get through on the line with many, many different options often looping back through if unfamiliar to the service.
They also could not use his DNA profile to link his family “papers” or his place in the line…
All in all I’d say there loss, to the extend
of any future DNA’s will not be carried out using them or their affiliates. I spend a lot on tests with over 300 tests on one of my pets. I will also use another provider to register any future litters.

I feel and also from what I’ve seen written on line this place is falling to the wayside, everything typed/written to the extent that it could hold more weight than an actual DNA test carried out in a professional lab via scientists. Technologically speaking this place is light years behind and they are losing out on customers far and wide.

I have had excellent help with my online litter registration from Gloria, who was very patient, and nothing was too much trouble.

Very helpful and kind and followed through.

I was really pleased with the experience and my confidence in the Kennel Club has greatly increased

Other than the long automated intro, Amanda who dealt with my enquiry was very helpful and speedy and offered a very positive outcome to my query.
