I received the carpet with noticeable cuts
I received the carpet with noticeable cuts/production defects, which was disappointing. The initial resolution offered was a small refund or a return-and-reorder, but I had to push for a more reasonable solution. After some back-and-forth, the company agreed to a 50% refund, which I appreciate.
Overall, the product quality was not as expected, but customer service did eventually resolve the issue. I hope future quality checks improve.

Two rugs purchased
Two rugs purchased. Only one satisfactory. Support not forthcoming as yet!!
Can I please ask for some help regarding a faulty rug which I am trying to return from Greece.
I have followed your instructions regarding the sending of images but have not heard from you.
There appears to be an automatic response but no follow up. When purchasing from another country this is frustrating.
Can you please supply labels to return this rug so it can be inspected?

The rug (2x3m) came folded in as if it was a blanket. As a result, there are multiple ripples that won't go away and the rug will not lay flat on the floor. It is a pity they treat their products with such little respect.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are so sorry to hear that you aren't happy with how the rug arrived, and we can understand your concerns.
As we ship internationally, we have to follow the guidelines set by our shippers - they have restrictions on the measurements of international shipments. As such, many of our rugs need to be folded for shipping.
The fold marks should go away by themselves in the next few days/weeks. The rug's material has a natural combination that makes it regain its structure and shape after being laid out flat.
If the fold marks are particularly resistant and nothing helps, please reach out to our customer service (info@rugvista.com). We would be happy to take another look and help further.
