Rushedpassport レビュー

The process was very straightforward and all feedback from staff was timely and helpful.

I have one minor gripe. Every time you open the portal, this video pops up and starts playing. It's the introductory video to help guide you through the process, but you have to open the portal multiple times to submit documents. It was easy to dismiss the pop up, but it was a nuisance.

Otherwise, excellent service.

Great service

Best money ever spent! I needed an emergency passport and i got mine in just 3 days and they saved my trip. Thank you so much!

These guys rock! Fastest I've ever seen anybody actually be able to get a passport and service is unmatched. I highly recommend, thank you

Amanda was incredibly responsive, patient and kind. She kept the process on track and made sure we got our passports renewed within our time frame.

The response time to emails and the assistance with the process was great. I definitely recommend this company to people that are in need of expedited services

I’d definitely would recommend this service to anyone needing it. Everything was easy , they provide clear instructions, assistance when needed, fast friendly responses and this whole process was fast. Less than a week to have passport in hand.

Amazing customer service and much better than wasting all day driving to an agency hours away from me. Was able to do my renewal 100% online. Thank you!!!

Got my passport fast and easy. Whole staff was super nice! Way better than going to an agency in person. Thank you very much

Was scared to use them at first but boy am i glad i did!!! Easiest time I ever had getting my passport and they helped me with everything. I needed an emergency passport and got it in just a few days!! Pretty amazing actually!! Thank you so much!

Outstanding service! I highly recommend to all.

Absolutely amazing! Way better, faster, and easier than using post office. The post office is completely lost when trying to get passports expedited. THANK GOD I found them!!! Thank you so much. Literally got my passport in 3 days!!!! WOW I'm so happy!

Josh and his team really helped me in a pinch. We had planned a trip and I foolishly thought my passport expired NEXT year. NOPE! So I either had to fix it or see my family travel without me. So, thank goodness for RushedPassport!

Travel plans maintained and at a reasonable price and amazingly fast.

Thank you so much!!

I gave a five-star review only because I couldn’t give a higher rating. The folks at rushedpassport gave me way more than my money’s worth. Mine was a rather complex situation, requiring lots of follow-up and hand holding. They never wavered or faltered; the bottom line is I received my passport in a timely fashion and I am now good to go. My sincerest thanks go out to Laureano and his team. They are incredibly professional, dialed in on all the processes, and were patient (and kind)with a knuckle head like me. I am forever grateful for them helping me and would use them again.

The experience was pretty seamless. I was worried I was getting scammed at first. But I was desperate so I had to get the passport fast. The team worked fast and diligent and I got my documents approved fast and then they sent shipping label and I shipped by FedEx to the agency. Then the passport was approved and printed and shipped fast. They met the deadline as they said. The cost was too much almost $900, but in desperate times this was a reliable service.

I would definitely recommend this group of experts when it comes to getting your passport, timely. They didn't only help with the timing but they guided us every step of the way to avoid mistakes, to gather accurate information, and to ensure everything was 100% in order when it was presented to the governmental agency for the issuance. I wasn't sure I would get help on a Saturday, but Laureano R. was kind enough to send me the FED EX label then...Many thanks and blessings to Laureano, Brittany and Amanda for your kindness and assistance! Amanda did a fantastic job with keeping me updated and notifying me of issues that needed to be resolved through the whole process of getting a new passport. Thank you so much!
