Rushedpassport レビュー

Aria was very helpful and professional and helped me a lot

Aria made this process easy & seamless! Dealing with the passport agency directly is such a hassle and I couldn’t be happier I went with Rushed Passport instead. Definitely would recommend them & Aria to any of my fellow travelers looking to get their passport with ease!

My wife and I had booked a trip to St.Maarten, and didn’t realize our passports had expired, until a week before we were departing. Process to renew was simple. 10 minutes to apply, but problem was it was going to take many weeks before we would receive it. Fortunately we found Rushed Passport on the internet, and although I was skeptical, we received the passport on Saturday for our departure on Sunday. It salvaged our summer vacation. Amanda stayed in touch with us at every step of the process, and it was a joy to work with her ! Thank you !!!

Good service and excellent customer support from the team.

friendly, professional and efficient service; top quality professional staff that is customer friendly and technically capable. delighted with the quality and caliber of the service.

They were very helpful from the beginning. Amanda F. kept in contact and helped me at every step. I had a small hiccup and she was ready and immediately sent over what I needed at the time. My passport came in on the exact date promised. I’ve recommended them to my friends also. Thank you so much!

I needed a passport renewal ASAP for an unexpected last-minute relocation abroad. I chose the 1-2 day service with VIP handling. Rushed Passport staff handled my case politely, professionally, and with a personal touch. They were very responsive to emails and calls. I felt very well taken care of. I started the process last Friday, and received my new passport, delivered to my door by Fedex, today, the following Thursday. I highly recommend Rushed Passport! Rushed Passport, you've been a life saver!

Great Experience dealing with Amanda. Communicates clearly and is very responsive.

I was skeptical about using this service being they did not have a physical location in the area I found them on Google maps . I was tight on time and tried this service . The staff at Rushedpassport was always a phone call away and answered every call to assist me with any questions or help I needed to insure the final application was ready for approval. I had everything ready to take to the Post office to get everything sealed and ready to mail out .My application was sent out on Saturday morning , during the week I recieved a confirmation email stating my passport was approved which was followed up by my passport arriving at my door that Saturday . I highly recommend Rushedpassport to take the stress out of the process of obtaining your passport quick with a very helpful friendly staff .

They definitely had patience with me during our phone calls and definitely delivered on time.

Rushed passport was amazing - I really needed a passport quickly and thru were efficient, professional , communicative and sure enough my passport showed up right on time!
Specifically , Kobe who assisted me, was phenomenal throughout the process - and very polite and also! I’m totally coming back for my family renewals !

I am amazed with the professionalism Ana handled my request to renew my passport which was not expired, but I ran out of pages for stamping abroad. If the review had a million stars, I will gladly give them all. That's all I can say. From my initial call, full of doubts and uncertainty, to the arrival of the Fedex envelope on my desk, everything was flowless, seamless, fast, trustworthy. I cannot find any more adjetives. Thank you Ana, and today thank you Larry for hadling my call fast and precise. I did. not receive the passport card in the Fedex package, which I paid for it, but he explained it arrives days later. I do not recall being told about this. It would be nice to explain it to clients at the begining. Thank you so very much

Great experience. Ana was very communicative throughout the process, and I received my passport on-time. I would have loved to have a tracking number for when they shipped it back, but maybe I missed that somewhere. Thank you so much Rushedpassport!!

Very impressed, for every question they answer right way and super helpful

Ana B was outstanding. I am in my sixties and not technically adept at downloading and uploading, Ana made things super easy. She was very patient and easy to get ahold of. And when she was not available, she phoned back within 30 minutes. In this day and age of "virtual assistants", it was a pleasure to be assisted by a a pleasant and knowlegeable human like Ana B

Thank you so very much for managing this process for me expeditiously. Seamless execution!

Skeptical at first, but every person was knowledgable and responsive to any calls/emails I sent. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny if a trip is important enough. They have proven their rating on here as well as BBB.

Concierge service was first-rate. Thanks, Amanda!

I’m giving a 5 for Kobe. If I could give him a 10 I would. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and stayed in touch with me throughout the process.

I did have several issues with the directions not being as detailed as the forms required. I have already discussed these with Kobe and he has passed them on.

Again, thank you Kobe for your excellent work ethic. I wish more people were as dedicated as you are.

My experience started the 16th of July and I received my passport on July 24.
