Rushedpassport レビュー

Extremely disappointed with my experience.

I paid Rushed Passport to assist with obtaining an expedited passport and followed every instruction provided by their team. I spent significant time gathering documents, communicating with their staff, and traveling to the passport acceptance facility they directed me to use.

When I arrived, the clerk’s office refused to follow the process that Rushed Passport had instructed me to use. After wasting substantial time and effort, I contacted Rushed Passport and was told that what happened “was definitely not supposed to happen” and that I would now need to go to a different location and effectively start the process over again.

As of this review, I have spent weeks dealing with this issue, have not received the service I paid for, and have been left without the expedited passport assistance that was promised.

The most frustrating part is that even after acknowledging that the process failed, the company has not made things right. Customers paying hundreds of dollars for an expedited passport service expect accurate guidance, competent handling of their case, and a resolution when things go wrong.

I am requesting a full refund. If the company resolves this matter promptly and refunds the fees paid, I will update this review accordingly.

Fantastic experience. They got me a passport faster than you can teach a dog to whistle.

Extremely professional and speedy services! Delivered exactly what was promised! Would recommend to anyone looking for these services!

Amazing experience!! Fast service and friendly. Easy process

The entire passport process was quick, efficient, and stress free. Everything was handled online and I received my passport much faster than expected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle free experience. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire process feels like a scam. I paid over $600 for the passport application service, only to be told later that I would need to pay an additional $220 government fee that was not clearly disclosed upfront.
The pricing is extremely misleading, with hidden fees that dramatically increase the total cost. By the time everything was added up, I would have been paying nearly $900 for a passport. That is completely unreasonable and far more expensive than expected.
I have lost trust in this company and will not continue the process through them. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review all costs before paying. In my experience, the lack of transparency and excessive fees make this service not worth it.

Delivered as described. Amanda keeps you updated and the documents arrive in record time. Thanks Rushedpassport!

It was quick. It was easy. Very efficient. I would use them again. I will highly suggest them

Amazing experience! They really went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I definitely recommend!

Very fast and professional service!

Company was very slow responding after paying their fee. They missed several deadlines which caused me to miss my expected date of receiving the passport. This cost me my job as I was unable to travel for a mandatory meeting. Very disappointing

I cannot express how grateful I am for Rushed Passports and Kobe. With last-minute travel coming up, I was worried about getting my children’s passports in time, but the entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently just two weeks before we were scheduled to leave the country. Kobe was professional, attentive, and personable throughout the entire experience, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Rushed Passports

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! After realizing my passport was lost just days before my trip to Italy on June 3, I was completely stressed and unsure what to do. From the moment I contacted them, they took charge of the situation and made the entire process incredibly smooth.

Their team provided step-by-step instructions, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. What impressed me most was their communication. They texted, emailed, and called me throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was happening or worry about the status of my application.

They truly turned a horrible and stressful situation into a positive experience. Thanks to their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication, my passport was completed and overnighted to me in just eight days!

The customer service was exceptional, and the peace of mind they provided was priceless. If you need passport assistance and want a company that genuinely cares about its clients, this is the team to trust. Thank you for helping make my dream trip to Italy possible!

Amazing customer service. Thank you for saving our vacation. 🎉🎉🙌🙌

I cannot say enough amazing things about Amanda at Rushed Passport. I had a very complicated situation that honestly became overwhelming and stressful, but Amanda stayed calm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and beyond responsive every step of the way.

No matter how many questions I had or how anxious I became, she always got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like my situation truly mattered. In a world where customer service is often lacking, Amanda went above and beyond in every possible way.

Quite honestly, she is the reason I continued with my order. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to handle difficult situations with such confidence completely changed my experience. Rushed Passport is lucky to have someone like her representing their company.

Thank you again, Amanda. You are exceptional at what you do.

All I can say is that credit is due to his name, because the process was very fast.
Thanks!

Thank you for your professional service

First time requesting a passport so wasn't familiar with the process at all and was looking to get it expedited as I was looking to travel for work within the same month which made it an anxious experience from the jump. The process is a lot more complex than I expected but Rushedpassport has a very streamlined easy to understand process with an even more impressive app to upload documentation for validation right and track progress right from your phone. As impressed as I was with the company as a whole, I was more than equally impressed with their agent that assisted me, Kobe. He was very calm the whole time when I was not. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Though the service is far from free, for a person like myself who was very unfamiliar with the process, it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!

Rushed Passport came through when my son needed his passport quickly. The process was clear and they delivered on time. Amanda F was especially helpful guiding us through the process and answering all my questions every step of the way. She was always available to call, text or email. Turn to Rushed Passport if you find you need a passport in short order.
