It is my second time using them in the last year and a half for purchasing and I am using them also for selling a property.

I just want to say that they are the best professionals. Friendly, warm, welcoming and working with pleasure to assist you and make the things happen fast and safe and make your life easier.
I am never stressed about my solicitors as they are Michelin level quality.
For me they are my family in a way as it is always been a pleasure to here their voice on the phone and they got the job done perfect. They will fight for you case contact the lawyers,agencies and councill all that is need it to get the job done.
If one is one holiday they pass the case to a colleague and they all do the job like it is their own.

I will always use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Although frustrating at times was kept fully up to date as & when they had any updates , Emily at Middleton branch really went out of her way to ease my worries & answer my never ending queries

The team at the Chester office - in particular Richard, Anna and Eve - dealt superbly with our recent house sale and purchase, getting the deal through, despite some difficult and tight deadlines and demanding buyers. Without their efforts, there was a real chance the deal would have collapsed.

I used R&R when selling my house and buying a new one. The first bit of the process was great, things were moving well.

A couple of months in the solicitor dealing with my case went on holiday for a couple of weeks during a crucial time of my process. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but my case wasn’t passed on to anyone else unless I pestered via email.

After about a month of radio silence, things got moving again and R&R were more than proactive in keeping things moving and chasing up. I think had the case have been handed over to someone else during the AL of my solicitor, things would have progressed quicker.

I think 3/5 is a fair representation of how my house move went.
