Exceptional customer service…
Second time I've used this company and both times excellent products but the customer service has again been exceptional. Special Thanks to Dave who even gave me a tip on my own PC problem! Very friendly and professional also mention to standard delivery, it arrived less than 36 hours later from one end of UK to the other.

I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with Safe Fire Direct before. However, I found their website to be excellent in terms of searches, variety of fire safety related supplies and relevant information. I was very pleased with the quality of the door closers and the delivery times; even more pleased with their communication and assistance with my enquiries.
A thoroughly enjoyable and professional experience. I would certainly recommend them to potential buyers.
