We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait 40 minutes when you had limited time. While there may be brief closures at quieter times to allow colleagues to take their scheduled breaks, a sign should be displayed showing when the bureau will reopen.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the frustration caused when you arrived to collect your order and were unable to do so.

As a Money Service Business in the UK, we're governed by HMRC regulations which require us to verify identification for transactions to help protect both our customers and our business. Our website and confirmation emails outline the minimum identification requirements, and unfortunately we're unable to accept photographs of ID as a substitute for the original document.

We appreciate that this was disappointing and thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
