Köp inte klÀder från SamsÞe. Köpte en skjorta och det blev en stort hål vid underarmen efter endast 6 månader med måttligt anvÀndande. Butiken dÀr jag köpte den kontaktade SamsÞe som vÀgrade att göra något åt problemet och hÀvdade att det Àr normalt slitage. Riktigt uselt av dem och vittnar om klÀdernas dåliga kvalitet. Inte hållbart.

Great Products and fast and friendly customerservice

First, let's talk about the sweater we purchased. It's of great quality, looks fantastic, and the price-performance ratio is perfect. Regarding our customer service inquiry, I asked because I was looking for a similar sweater. The response was super fast, incredibly friendly, and included a link with suggestions for similar sweaters (the one we requested). We are new customers and will continue to be so in the future. I had a very disappointing experience


I had a very disappointing experience with Samsoe Samsoe. After returning an item within the legal period, the company refused to issue a proper refund, claiming the product smelled of perfume. They only offered 10% of the purchase price or suggested donating my item, even without my consent. This is not what I would expect from a reputable brand. Customer service was unhelpful and rigid. EDIT: I received the item back and it doesn`t smell of perfume at all.

I love this companies customer service

I love this companies customer service. Fast quick and customer forward. I order jeans - the highest quality EVER - 2 were too large so I was able to return and still use a voucher for the newly ordered sizes. Response time is max 48 hours. I will be a customer for life!

Kapporna Àr out of stock överallt i berörda storlekar pga reapriser, annars hade vi returnerat och bestÀllt nya om det hÀr gÀller otur och dåliga exemplar. Kundservice erbjuder sig att betala skrÀddarkostnaden men vÀgrar att kompenserar mer Àn så för kappor som Àr helt nya, med usel kvalitet. Men vi erbjuds 20% rabatt på nÀstkommande order! Det kommer fortsÀttningsvis inte bli fler köp hos detta företag.

Didn't get my order and the customer service didn't really care to be honest

I purchased a pair of trousers on their website on January, 3rd. The website said the delivery would take 4-6 days. It's January, 16th and I haven't received anything yet. When I contacted the customer service (getting increasingly angry by the lack of information and support) and complained that nobody had been able to locate my parcel, the manager advised me to "change my tone". Seriously? That's how you deal with the issues that are your fault? No apologies, no attempts to compensate the wait and the time I spent arguing with the DHL and the Hungarian Post. As if it was my fault. I have every right to be dissatisfied.
That's the first time I received such a reply. Utterly disappointed. Lost me as a customer

Havde en spÞjs oplevelse i går i SamsÞe SamsÞe i lyngby storcenter.

Jeg ledte efter et par nye sorte bukser og vidste at jeg mÃ¥ske skulle have large, da medium strammede lidt for meget. Dog var der ingen bukser i butikken stÞrre end medium. Jeg spurgte ekspedienten om hun havde en str. L. Hun hentede dem hurtigt til mig. Bagefter spurgte jeg lidt undrende
 hvorfor hÊnger de ikke fremme i butikken sammen med andre strÞrre stÞrrelser? Svaret var at hendes chef vil ikke have de stÞrre stÞrrelser hÊngende fremme. SÃ¥ medium er den stÞrste str. i butikken.

Jeg er tilfreds med de bukser jeg kÞbte, men det virker nÊrmest som diskrimination, hvis man vÊlger kun at have visse stÞrrelser hÊngende fremme.

Pigen i butikken forstod godt min forargelse, dog fik jeg ikke rigtig tilbudt nogen hjÊlp fÞr end jeg selv spurgte. Og heller ingen forklaring på hvorfor man vÊlger visse stÞrrelser fra.

Til en anden gang vÊlger jeg butikken fra med den politik.

Skuffende kvalitet og kundeservice

Jeg kÞbte for nyligt en trÞje i SamsÞe SamsÞes butik og havde forventninger til bÃ¥de kvalitet og holdbarhed. DesvÊrre viste trÞjen tydelige tegn pÃ¥ slid efter kun to vaske, selvom jeg fulgte vaskeanvisningen. Stoffet blev hurtigt nulret, og trÞjen ser allerede slidt ud – som om den har vÊret brugt meget lÊngere tid.

Jeg besÞgte butikken for at få hjÊlp, men fik blot at vide, at "stoffet er sådan", og at jeg kunne prÞve at stryge den. Dette har desvÊrre ikke afhjulpet problemet. Jeg havde forventet bedre kvalitet og kundeservice fra et brand som SamsÞe SamsÞe, og er skuffet over, at jeg nu står med en trÞje, der ikke lever op til forventningerne.

Disappointed by Quality and Lack of Support

I purchased the Falcon coat (11104, S, in black) from Samsoe Samsoe’s online store in November 2022, and while the coat's style and comfort were great, I was shocked by how quickly it deteriorated. After just two winters, the inner lining developed multiple holes, spread randomly across the entire coat. This makes it clear that the damage isn’t caused by friction from bags or my clothing—it’s a quality issue.

I reached out to customer service, hoping for assistance or a resolution, but I was met with a dismissive response. Rather than acknowledging my issue or offering any help, they blamed "wear and tear" and flat out refused to address the problem. It's frustrating that a brand that markets itself on quality isn’t willing to stand behind their products or offer any form of compensation or repair.

I’ve always expected better from Samsoe Samsoe, but this experience has really changed my perception. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing from them again and wouldn’t recommend this brand based on how they treat customers when things go wrong.

Great product initially

Great product initially. However, after 3 months of wear the product defected and was not able to be worn. I contacted Samsoe and no ownership, no explanation, replacement, or fix. For the price, bad experience...

They told me to take it up with the retailer that sold me the product, but it was them!! I did not have an order number, nor did they have my card details, but this was because it was purchased in person! Like I told them, but this seemed to satisfy them that there was nothing they could do.

Lost package

The courier lost my package and Samsoe refunded my order eventually. Eventhough I was disappointed in the shipment which officially it is still Samsoe’s responsibility, the customer’s service has always been very reactive and friendly. They were fast in their replies and clear in the communications. Good team there!

Leverans från Jönköping men retur till Danmark??

Köpte ett par blå shorts av mÀrket SamsÞ i Aalborg. Var så fantastiskt nöjd med dessa shorts att jag gick in på nÀtet och bestÀllde exakt samma shorts och i samma storlek men i beige. Fick hem dessa nya shorts men då var det annat material och helt annat passmått.
Då jag ville returnera dessa shorts visade det sig att trots att paketet var levererat från Jönköping så skulle returen gå till Danmark. Denna retur kostade mig 130 kr plus de 45 kr som SamsÞ tar för att ta emot paketet. Mycket dåligt och kommer inte att bestÀlla igen!
