Nie wieder!

Passt auf wenn ihr auf dieser Seite bestellt, im Nachhinein habe ich so viele Àhnliche Geschichten gelesen, dass die Firma die RÃŒcksendung verweigert hat. Bei mir ist es sogar noch schlimmer, ich habe einen falschen Artikel erhalten und insgesamt 3 Artikel bestellt, nun möchten sie mir alle 3 verrechnen weil alle anscheinend nach ParfÃŒm riechen. So eine Frechheit! Das falsch gelieferte Produkt wurde anscheinend in Lettland produziert, die Firma impliziert aber darauf dass all ihre Produkte in dieser Lagerhalle in China produziert wurden. Wieso muss ich mich als Kunde mit so einem Blödsinn befassen, wenn etwas falsch passiert ist. Ich habe einen falschen Artikel erhalten und wie das passiert ist, ist mir egal. Das ist deren Angelegenheit. Diese Firma ist ein großes Unternehmen und verarschen ihre Kunden. Nie wieder, zudem werde ich mit diesem Fall zum Konsumentenschutz gehen!! Es gibt etwas was sich Widerrufsrecht nennt.

High price, poor quality

Bought a dress of 170 EUR, could only wear it once since the fabric totally frayed out and the lining ripped through. Customer service was not helpfull. On their website they claim to make clothes that can be valued for years to come, not true at all.

Samsoe Samsoe hat die Ware an mich mit DHL gesendet, auf dem Retourenlabel stand der (billige) Versender GLS. Ich habe die Ware sorgfÀltig verpackt. Mit GLS habe ich bisher noch keine Erfahrung gemacht. Die Versandtasche kam mit nassem Inhalt an!!!! Samsoe Samsoe hat das Ganze dokumentiert und mich gefragt, ob die Ware wieder an meine Adresse gehen soll. Ich war entsetzt! Einen Transportschaden wurde erst bei GLS angzeigt, nachdem ich darum bat, aber GLS lehnte den Schaden ab und lieferte als Beweis ein nichtssagendes Foto der Versandtasche. Der Transportweg ist lang, was sagt ein Foto aus? So eine Versandtasche muss nicht sichtbar Àußerlich beschÀdigt sein, damit Wasser eindringen kann. Da genÃŒgt ein klitzekleines Loch. Aber es sieht wohl so aus, als ob ich auf dem Schaden sitzenbleiben werde.
Werde kÃŒnftig Paketinhalte vor dem Versenden ablichten und das Verschließen des Paketes auf Video aufzeichnen. So etwas ist mir in 20 Jahren Onlineshopping noch nie untergekommen! Ich habe Samsoe Samsoe um ein Foto der ausgepackten Ware und dem genauen Schaden gebeten und um die genaue Beschreibung des Geruchs der FlÃŒssigkeit. Mal schauen wie es weitergeht. Ich möchte die Ware nicht zurÃŒck, auch wenn ich sie offenbar bezahlen muss obwohl ich mich korrekt verhalten habe. Viel Lehrgeld!

I ordered an item which I paid €20 to


I ordered an item which I paid €20 to have delivered to my address. When it hadn’t arrived 12 days later-I contacted them by eMail. They forwarded a copy of the GLS Tracking Screen showing it delivered. I reverted saying I hadn’t received it and they suggested I check with my neighbours.
I checked with all 11 fellow neighbours -no result.
Next afternoon, I found it dropped off at my neighbour’s door -lying in the rain, with an inadequate address on it.
I eMailed Samson & Samson Customer Care again, attaching a copy of the ‘wrong’ address and a copy of the Invoice inside the package with my correct address asking them who was responsible?
They responded to the effect ‘nothing to do with them’


I am so angry, disappointed and can hardly believe how debonair and indifferent they are
.
NEVER again will I support such a shoddy Operation-SHAME on their supposed ‘Customer Care Team’ who don’t care at all.

Jeg kÞbte, på min blå mandag en SamsÞe SamsÞe net. Og den er allerede i stykker. Han give 300 danske kr for den men det er den slet ikke vÊre. Det er jeg godt nok trÊt af. For 300kr til en SamsÞe SamsÞe net, så skal det også kunne holde til noget.

Customer service sadly lacking.

As per other customers' experiences below, S&S sent out a parcel to the wrong address. I am at 196 and it went to 19. They asked me to go to the "neighbour" to see if my parcel was there - but it was a mile away - hardly a neighbour! And it was a commercial office and never open. I visited no 19 twice to no avail. I called the organisation that had space there but they said they don't have the parcel. I was in touch with S & S customer care several times to update them but they said they would give me a refund after a Parcelforce investigation. They then asked me to sign a disclaimer to say I hadn't got the item - which I thought was really rude given this was not my fault. I felt that the whole customer service experience was lacking unfortunately - with the onus on me to find the parcel.
Update: I now have my refund.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We first and foremost apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced regarding the delivery of your order and we understand the frustration caused by the misdelivery.

Upon reviewing your case, we can confidently say that a reply was sent to you by email the next day after we were contacted by you(Thursday), where our Customer Care team was actively assisting you on trying to locate your order. Furthermore, we made sure to send you updates during the week, including information on how to proceed with the situation to find the best possible solution for you.

Our standard procedure requires us to follow up with the courier service and conduct a thorough investigation which can be up to 10 days. This is to ensure that we give the courier service a chance to locate your parcel and hopefully to redeliver it, before we proceed to mark the parcel as lost. For the courier service to do so, a Solemn Declaration signature is required, which was carefully explained in our previous email to you.

However, recognizing the circumstances and the impact on your experience, we decided to expedite the process and issue a refund to you, before the completion of the investigation, as we informed you by email yesterday. This is not our usual practice, but we wanted to ensure that you received the best possible service in light of the situation.

Which was also informed in our email correspondence, a standard investigation period with the carrier in UK is normally 10 business days; however, we find it reasonable that we were able to reach a resolution and issuing a refund within 5 business days from the day you initially contacted our Customer Care team.

If there is anything else we can do to assist you further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We hope that you will continue to enjoy our brand and hoping to see you again for a better experience.

Kristian var åben og imÞdekommende.

Han sagde hej så snart jeg kom ind og hjalp mig med at finde det rette produkt jeg fiskede efter.
Jeg var i tvivl om stÞrrelsen til min kÊreste, men han vÊlger så at tage tÞjet på, så jeg kunne få lov til at vurdere stÞrrelsen.

I really want to love that brand
 but

I really want to love that brand. I love their design and have been buying consistently and I have been a loyal customer.
I take really good care of every item I buy from that brand (I mean they are not cheap ! So you gentle wash, and care) but every time I have been disappointed.
My majan shirts seams starts to break and cause holes
My Milly shirt seams have loosen and the fabric end looks like an old rag now :(
And my last buy, the ANOUR wool sweater has a whole between the seam of the sleeve and the arm.
Overall the seams do not hold! That’s for me a prove of bad quality clothing and should not happen for such pricey items
 :(
