After charging me £10 for delivery..My parcel was sent to the wrong address, I live at 52 and they put number 5 on the parcel. The lady at that address had to open the parcel and get my number off my invoice to call me about it. When I checked my confirmation email I had indeed put number 52, twice!! When my partner tried on the top that said ârelaxed fitâ on the website it didnât go anywhere near him. Very small sizings!! To add insult to injury they then charge you £11 to send your return back. Disgusting!! For an expensive brand returns should be Free!! Will never shop there again

Min datter har i dag kÞbt et par trÞjer i SamsÞe, SamsÞe. PrismÊrket sagde hhv. 700 og 800 kroner. I forbindelse med betaling blev trÞjerne slået ind til 1000,- stk. Min datter fik af vide, at den nye pris er på grund af stigende omkostninger. Forretningen var "large", så betaling var i forhold til prisskiltet.
Hvis forretningens forklaring på de nye priser skal stå til troende, oplever SamsÞe, SamsÞe prisstigninger på mere end 42% fra deres leverandÞrer eller også er de i gang med at Þge profitten på deres kunders bekostning.
En dokumenteret begrundelse på prisstigninger i den ekstreme stÞrrelsesorden vil vÊre fint ellers må konklusionen vÊre "Profitmageri" under dÊkke af den ulykkelige samfundsudvikling omkring inflationen.

Jeg var på SamsÞe & SamsÞe på KÞbmagergade for at kÞbe to t-shirts. Udover, at de kostede en bondegård (det er vist kun hos SamsÞe SamsÞe og energipriserne, der er steget så meget), så var ekspeditionen utrolig ringe. En ung fyr, der agerede, som gik han stadig i gymnasiet, og troede han var verdens navle, ekspederede mig, og jeg fik Êren af et få en alarm på t-shirten med hjem. Det på trods af, at han stod og foldede begge t-shirts sammen (det med alarmen har vÊret bevidst formentlig, formentlig personligt fordi jeg forsÞgte at brokke mig - skulle ikke undre mig, at andre har fået samme tur). Det er selvfÞlgelig en ekstrem Êrgerlig oplevelse og ikke noget, at man bÞr udsÊtte nogen kunder for, og da slet ikke en stamkunde som mig (at tale om at skyde sig selv i foden).
Dyrt og skidt, men arrogancen er til gengÊld i top. Så hellere Gucci.
Jeg skal til sidst understrege, at der gennem lÊngere tid har vÊret problemer med KÞbmagergade-butikken. Det startede, da de skiftede lokaler. De andre er bedre.

Jeg har sjÊldent oplevet en så ringe online-shop. Jeg bestilte min vare, og fik en ordrebekrÊftelse. Der går så en uge, hvor jeg ikke hÞrer yderligere. Jeg skriver for at spÞrge, om min vare er på vej, men får intet svar. Efter knap to uger skriver jeg igen, og får endelig svar. De kan ikke helt redegÞre for min pakke, men ender med at skyde skylden på gls.
I mellemtiden er den vare, jeg havde bestilt, udgået fra deres salg, og jeg kan ikke bestille den igen. Jeg får tilbudt 25 % voucher, men den vare jeg havde bestilt var 40% nedsat, men det kan de åbenbart ikke tilbyde.

DesvÊrre kan det en sjÊlden gang i mellem ske, at en pakke mistes i processen mellem overlevering fra lager til fragtselskab, eller under transport. Uanset hvor i processen pakken er tabt, tager vi selvfÞlgelig det fulde ansvar og har sÞrget for at tilbyde dig den bedste lÞsning, som i dette tilfÊlde var en refundering af belÞbet for din ordre samt en voucher på 25% til dit nÊste kÞb, da varen desvÊrre er udsolgt og ikke kan fremskaffes.

Great customer service
I've had slight problems with GLS before, because they tend to not give you any information where packages might be.
I phoned them after a week, apparantly "the address was incomplete". I completed it and called again after another week. "The package was sent back", order status said delivered.
I wrote SamsÞe and they also called GLS, heard different things about the package each day. It just seems like its lost.
Although its not their fault, I received the money back plus a 20% voucher! Thank you for the great customer service at SamsÞe!

I bought an "L" size jacket from the online store while still hoped to compare it with an "M" size. Then I wrote an email to Customer Care, and I was replied quickly. They told me that though the jacket has been sold out, they helped me find that there still have one "M" size in the store in the city where I live in. I could go there to compare with it and could also change the size just bring the "L" size I received and the order confirmation.
Hence, I just hope to say that the Customer Care is really warm and helpful and has a quick reply speed.
In communication with them, I really felt I was treated with heart.
