I had a very disappointing experience with Sanori Swimwear. The quality of the swimwear was poor and did not match the price. The material felt cheap, the fit was off, and overall it was not worth the money at all. They also sent me a wrong size of the top.
What made this experience even worse was the customer service. I reached out multiple times to request an exchange (they don't do returns at all), and despite sending several emails, I received no response. The only reply I ever got was from a representative named Emma initially, and after that, complete silence. Being ignored after spending money on a product is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
A brand that claims to care about its customers should not disappear the moment thereâs an issue. If you value quality products and reliable customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wonât be purchasing from Sanori Swimwear again.

Customer service is maybe the worst I have ever experienced.
This is an online company so obviously you donât know how things are going to fit, they only allow you to return one time otherwise youâre stuck with a suit that doesnât fit.
I tried to make an return (that you can only exchange, not actually return) of an item I purchased at FULL PRICE and because they were having a sale at the time I tried to exchange they would only give me a credit of what the item was priced at the time of exchange, not what I actually paid for it.

Unforgiving and restrictive; quality not worth price
I bought a swimsuit from Sanori and found their customer service and swimsuit quality to be lacking for the price. First of all, USPS was not going to be able to deliver it in time for a trip that I bought it for, and their return policy is extremely restrictive. They would not offer a refund at all even if I explained that I wouldn't even open the package. Then two days later they started a huge sale that would have made the inability to return much less painful, but they wouldn't offer a partial refund for the difference between the full price and the sale price. In the end, the swimsuit itself has several issues with it. The knot on the top is off-center, and the knots on the bottoms aren't even. Next time I would choose a place with a more generous customer service experience. We're paying over $100 for a yard of fabric and imperfect construction; there is no way that their margins wouldn't allow them to be a bit more forgiving with the return process.

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their return policy is extremely restrictive and feels deceptive. We originally purchased some swimsuits that didnât fit my wife well, so we returned themâonly to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Using that store credit, we bought another pair, but when we attempted to return those, we were told that items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return. It felt like a complete trap.
To make matters worse, the quality of the swimsuits doesnât match the high price point. In the end, we took the loss and will not be shopping with them again. I recommend choosing a more reputable brand like Gooseberry or Swim Swim.
Unfortunately, our experience with Sanori was a letdownâand Iâd advise others to steer clear.

Buyer Beware - no refund policy!
I recently purchase a swimsuit from Sanori - they marketed to me through Facebook. Sanori has no brick and mortar location in Los Angeles so I needed to try for size and fit. Unfortunately, the top's underwire cut into me and there were no other workable options to match with the bottoms.
I contacted Sanori in less than 24 hours - tried on my suit with an undergarment (not to mention, there was a sanitary sticker in the bottom). Sanori refused to refund to my card and wouldn't send a return label unless I agreed to an exchange. I searched their site but there were only two options in the bottom cut that I liked and neither had a top that would work.
I recently lost everything I own in the wildfires. I have to replace everything! And now part of my budget has been conned out of me by Sanori. (California Civil Code states that on-line merchants must display a 'no refund policy' at point to sale - Sanori is in violation of the CA code.)

I bought the Aurora in cream and Iâm obsessed. It fits so well and the material feels really high quality not flimsy at all. I took it on vacation and ended up wearing it almost every day. Just ordered another in black.

Terrible quality/price/return policy
Terrible quality, terrible return policy, terrible price. I splurged on a bikini after a rough break up, hoping for a little self esteem boost. When I got it the sizing was way off and the quality was poor. The material was rough and scratchy. When I looked into returning it, the policy is store credit only. I should have looked into it before I made the purchase. I tried to exchange it and hope it was a fluke. The quality of the second swim suit was poor also. Exposed seams and scratchy arm bands. Very disappointed. I learned my lesson with not checking reviews before purchasing unknown âluxuryâ brands.

sizing and fit is not good. I had to order new sizes in both the top and bottom but that didn't help the fit issues as the cut of the suits is not well done. Unique Designs but May Only Be Worth It On Sale
Important Highlights:
1) This company only offers exchanges or store credit. If you buy a swimsuit and it doesn't fit, this wouldn't be a big deal. But if you dislike the swimsuit, just understand your money is with Sanori Swim.
2) The swimsuits run a tad small.
3) The materials used in these swimsuits varies. The models may mix and match bikini tops and bottoms. Please understand that some of the material, such as a Sao Paulo top, has a different texture and quality compared to the Tahiti bottoms.
4) Customer service was great, and Emma handled my situation with grace and patience.
My first purchase with Sanori Swim was not great at all. I bought the Sao Paulo top and Tahiti bottoms to build my own luxury bikini. However, upon arrival I noticed a huge difference in quality and texture between the top and bottoms. It felt almost like two different companies made my bikini, and it wasn't a good collaboration at all. The bottoms felt nice. However, the Sao Paulo top was absolutely horrendous. The design matched the pictures and was a good fit. HOWEVER, the material was itchy and very cheap, and I felt like a Wal Mart top was better quality. I thought it was a joke or quality control got me. I paid a little over $80 for just the swimsuit alone without including the shipping. I honestly wanted to cry, because I finally treated myself to a nice, luxury bikini only to be tricked by this online company. I felt that I should have just went to a physical boutique to feel and try the bikini on. Let's just say, the Sao Paulo top would NOT have sold if they were available to try on first.
Anyways, I was able to get in contact with a compassionate associate in customer service, and she was able to resolve my issue. Emma, I would give you five stars, but I am sorry I can only rate Sanori Swim as a generous 3.
The new Aurora swim top feels better, and doesn't have the cheap material or itchy stitching like the Sao Paulo top did. However, the cut is much smaller than the Sao Paulo.
Even with the new Aurora top and Tahiti bottoms together, I would not have paid $80+ dollars for it. The models are gorgeous in the photos, and the women who shared their pictures in the bikinis look fantastic on the website. I am unsure if there is an issue with quality control, but I don't think the product matches the price tag.
