BEWARE OF, WHAT IN MY OPINION, IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM! - Product did not meet the description. Instead of high quality, artisan items I received mass produced crap! I was offered a refund of just over £5 when is paid over £55. The returns policy states any returns must be sent to their Asian Warehouse which means postage would possibly cost more than the refund. I doubt you would get a refund even if you did send it to Asia.

Still waiting for my refund, refusing to even respond to any correspondence, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I fell for their scam. They had fake Trustpilot Reviews on their website. As soon as I paid for it I could see that delivery was from China, not UK next day as the website says. The bag is clearly very cheaply made.
WORST OF ALL - they have now reinvented themselves as ROSIE COTTAGE selling storage boxes - same ad format, same designs as before. It has been coming up on my Google feed and I have reported it to Google but they haven’t taken it down so far.

Now changed their name to vellunee.com registered in hong kong. Now selling dresses but same web design.

My wife ordered 5 handcrafted bags, when they arrived they were printed canvas bags very cheap and nasty. So I sent them back, which was to China, they tried to offer me a discount,but I said no and I would send them back.
I pacte them up and shipped they back, that was some time ago. The bags arrived in China, and they are sitting in customs they have been in customs 8 day now, and the tracking says CUSTOMS EXCEPTION, PARCEL ON HOLD AT CUSTOMS - WAITING FOR INFORMATION FROM CONSIGNEE. it looks like they are going to leave them in customs until it is too late and the customs send them back to sender. This company is a scam, you should not buy from them you will pay for bags which are very poor quality, and you can't get your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Total scam. I ordered 2 supposedly handcrafted quilted bags. Got 2 plastic bags for the price of £55.92. I asked for a refund. They want me to send back to Asia via tracked courier or accept 10%. As I paid by credit card, tried to get the money back through my bank. They want me to send them back at my own cost? So it looks like I've lost out.

So dissatisfied with the bag I received it was cheap mass produced rubbish. Was told I could return it but I had to pay the returns cost to Asia, so much for a small family run business. They should be thoroughly ashamed, sending these bags to people will never use this company again.😡

Ordered 3 what i thought were going to be beautiful bags along with three themed glass decanters. These were intended as xmas gifts. They are not even fit for charity shop donation When i asked about returning them. They offered 10% of what i originally paid when i refused that they offered me 50% refund, which i also refused. Told them i wanted to return them for full refund. Now they want me to send the items back by insured courier to ensure delivery to correct address in china. The cost to do this is more than half the cost of the items. Somehow i have a feeling this parcel will never be delivered and I will end up having to claim on this insurance??? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM PLEASE. ITS NOT WORTH IT.

I sent for 3 QUILTED bags. What I received were not as advertised & truly awful. They are printed on cheap material. I intended to use them as gifts to friends but the only place for them is the bin. I am sure that it's some sort of scam. I feel cheated to say the least & would advise anyone againt using this company cause it would be a waste of money.

The bags were advertised as handcrafted quilted 3D motiffs, artisan, unique designed bags being sold at discounted prices because of closing down. The bags I received were stamped plastic and not well finished. The returns policy requires buyer to pay for international shipping fees and insurance making return very expensive. I can nolonger access the website but my order confirmation is redirected to Vellunee. I have seem the same/similar photographs price structure and sale pitch on Grace Oxford website. Also, on Temu with much lower sales price

Sarah Cambridge is a total scam, do not purchase from it. Goods do not relate to items illustrated on the website. What is shown & described is nothing like the goods you receive. Inferior materials, poorly manufactured & outrageously over priced. Avoid at all costs, it's a total scam. This bag scam is now renamed as GRACE OXFORD BAGS same illustrations, website and false promises & lies. PLEASE AVOID GRACE OXFORD ITS ALSO A SCAM. Paul Sutton.

Dreadful cheap and nasty bags. Spent £50 on two and complained requesting money back. Told it was expensive to send back but I could have £5 and keep tacky goods. Ignored my email of protest. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. LOTS OF CHEAP RUBBISH COMING FROM CHINA.

Wish I could give minus stars. This company, as everyone on here has pointed out, is just a massive fraud operation. I tried to cancel my order after reading reviews on here - I ordered in good faith after a trusted friend sent me a link to a bag with a black cat and book on it. Luckily my bank got my money back for me. And I've told them that if they want their cheap rubbish back, they can come and collect it.

Sarah Cambridge.com scammed us, I reported them to shopify and they have now changed the site name of the site to Grace Oxford.com BEWARE

I purchased bags from “Sarah Cambridge,” a website claiming to sell handcrafted, quilted, artisan-made bags. The site showed emotional farewell messages, photos of workshops, and claims of unique craftsmanship. What I actually received was cheap nylon, flimsy, mass‑produced rubbish that looks nothing like the photos or descriptions.
When I contacted them, they refused to provide a prepaid return label (which is required under UK law when goods are misrepresented). Instead, they tried to force me to pay international shipping to China, to the following address — which I am including in full so other customers can see exactly what this operation really is:

This is the actual return address hidden behind their “handcrafted UK artisan” story.
After complaints started piling up, the company changed their entire website. When you click on Sarah Cambridge’s Terms & Conditions now, you are redirected to a completely different brand called Vellunee, (vellunee.com) owned by MINHO HOLDINGS LIMITED in Hong Kong. This is a classic tactic used by scam operations to avoid accountability once customers start reporting them.

A total scam. DO NOT buy anything from this website. I received a cheap, flat, poorly printed, plastic bag which you could get from a supermarket for 50p. Received 2 pathetic offers of 10% and 15% refund instead of returning item to China. Absolutely no help whatsoever when trying to resolve issue. I gave up and accepted a 20% refund. Website was an AI produced sham.

Ordered what I thought were hand crafted bags to only receive bags you would probably only pay £4.00 for from a budget shop. Not hand crafted not quilted nothing like the Web site.. They are closing down with innocent peoples money... this person is nothing more than a con artist who doesn't answer your emails and are very likely to dissappear from the Internet imminently...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO SELL ITEMS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. take note Sarah Cambridge I've got Trading Standards involved so if you are genuine then you will answer my messages that I've left..

By now many are aware that this is a scam company. All companies trading in the UK are duty bound to adhere to all consumer protection legislation. This company and some others they operate, are not abiding by UK Protection legislation. Under the Consumers Rights act 2015 Section 22, any company misdescribing goods which this company undoubtedly has must provide a FULL REFUND and the seller is responsible for the return of goods costs, regardless of their refund policy which in misdescribing goods their refund policy becomes null and void.

I therefore suggest anyone having been scammed, e-mails the company and demands a full refund under the terms of the above act. I would also suggest reporting them to trading standards, as if enough people report them, quoting all feedback to Trustpilot, as having awarded them 1 star in the last year, we may be able to have their companies blacklisted.
