Price hike with no real explanation other than price-gouging.

Rhino is really a saving grace, when it came down to covering the deposit amount, that’s required at time of moving in and renewal of rental contract. Great way of keeping cash in your pocket!

They notify me on a monthly basis and keep me up to date on when payments will be take out and processed.

I haven't had to use it, but it's good to know that help would be there if I needed it. I was easy to sign up and easy to even renew.

I am indifferent, really. It DID reduce how much I’d need to pay for a security deposit!

Good choice if you don’t wanna or don’t have a full deposit. You do have to renew and pay it annually, so if you lease only for a year or 2, it is worth it. If you plan to lease longer, mise well pay the full deposit bc you don’t get any money back you pay with Rhino.
