A 5 Junio y todavía esperando el informe fiscal del 2025. ¿A que están esperando?. Esto es inaceptable y transmite poco compromiso hacia sus clientes.

Die App funktioniert gut, Käufe werden schnell abgewickelt und Einzahlungen kommen schnell auf das Depot. Den Kundenservice musste ich bis jetzt in über 3 Jahren noch nicht kontaktieren.
Einziges Feature dass mir noch fehlt, ist dass man seine Rendite in der Übersicht nicht nur nominal, sondern auch prozentual anzeigen lassen kann.
Außerdem wären kürzere Intervalle bei den Sparplänen wünschenswert, wie wöchentlich oder 2-wöchentlich.

La mia esperienza con Scalable Capital è stata piuttosto deludente.

L'interfaccia utente è poco intuitiva e, in diversi casi, risulta difficile trovare le informazioni o le funzionalità necessarie. Per un servizio che gestisce investimenti e denaro, mi aspetterei una maggiore attenzione all'esperienza utente.
Non ha un regime fiscale gestito, ma promette un report fiscale su supporta la gestione del 730, tuttavia questo report fiscale viene erogato a loro piacere "entro le scadenze fiscali elettroniche previste" che significa il 30 Settembre.
L'aspetto più negativo riguarda però l'assistenza clienti. In pratica, il supporto è demandato quasi esclusivamente a una chat automatica che spesso non riesce a fornire risposte utili o a risolvere problemi specifici. Ancora più frustrante è il fatto che non sia possibile parlare direttamente con un operatore umano quando si ha bisogno di assistenza concreta.

Per un intermediario finanziario, ritengo fondamentale poter contare su un servizio clienti facilmente raggiungibile e competente. Al momento, questo è il principale motivo della mia insoddisfazione.

Assistenza clienti inesistente!
Una volta c'era la chat ti rispondevano subito adesso devi per forza mandare una email e aspetti giorni. Non sono passata alla concorrenza solo perché esisteva il servizio clienti efficente adesso posso anche pensarci.

The onboarding took over a month although I had the documents submitted.

Once I was online I could see that the incoming cash transactions would not show the sender or the sender's account number or bank. I think this is very poor for the real time transactions and should be standard (it is in all the competing online banks).

I am deeply disappointed with Scalable Capital. Their customer service is non-existent—they simply do not reply to critical inquiries.
We are currently in the middle of the Spanish tax campaign (deadline June 30th), and they still haven't provided the mandatory annual tax report required by law. My tax advisor gave me a final warning because their delay is pushing my filing into a massive queue, meaning I will likely face late-submission penalties. It is entirely their fault, yet I am the one risking a fine. If a financial entity cannot comply with local tax laws or answer a simple support message, they shouldn't be operating in the market. Absolutely unacceptable.

Die Registrierung geht super schnell und es ist sehr einfach durch die App zu navigieren.
Die Interaktionen sind einfach gestaltet und funktionieren auch ohne große Vorkenntnisse des Finanzmarktes sehr gut.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe mithilfe der App einen perfekten Einstieg in den Finanzmarkt gefunden.

Leider nur zwei Sterne Bewertung. Für langfristige Investition mit 2,5 Prozent Tagesgeld vielleicht gut. Leider sind viele ETF und Aktien mit Gebühren. Als klein Anleger verlieren sie ihr Geld. Ein Portfolio auf zu bauen ist sehr mühsam und langfristig. Die Gebühren tilgen viele Gewinne.

Facile da usare, molto intuitiva, diverse opzioni anche già preimpostate. Io mi trovo molto bene.

Seit Scalable zusammen mit der Deutschen Bank das Tagesgeldkonto eingeführt hat, gibt es Probleme mit den Sparplänen aufgrund des Zinsangebots: Broker = 0%, Tagesgeld = 2,5%.
Der kluge Investor schichtet sein Barguthaben daher selbstverständlich auf das Tagesgeldkonto um. Nun aber sind die Sparpläne notleidend, die vorher aus dem Guthaben des Brokerkonto (mit Zinsen) bedient wurden, zwangsläufig werden die Investitionsbeträge vom Girokonto abgebucht, mit negativen Folgen für die Lequiditätsplanung des Girokonto.
M.M.n. ist Scalable dringend anzuraten, auch das Tagesgeldkonto für die finanzielle Bedienung der Sparpläne als Option anzubieten!

Unkomplizierter Wechsel zu Scalable Capital.
Guter und zeitnaher Service, gute Depotübersicht, kostengünstig, hohe Verzinsung bei TG.

Beim Lesen der Kundenbewertungen fällt auf, dass (Stand 2.6.2026) die Bewertungen "vor 4 Tagen" fast alle positiv mit 4 und 5 Sternen bewertet wurden und die dazugehörigen Texte nur aus wenigen Worten bestehen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Wortwahl sich bei einer Reihe von Bewertungen sehr ähnelt. Halt wie automatisiert. Ich habe an diesem Tag "vor 4 Tagen" allein 22 verdächtige Bewertungen gezählt. Alle stammen von einem einzigen Tag. Hier kommt der Verdacht auf, dass diese Bewertungen gekauft wurden. Warum Trustpilot hier nicht eingreift, ist ein Rätsel.

Der angebote "Supportbereich" per KI ist nutzlos, da es fast unmöglich ist, einen Nachricht an einen Kundenbetreuer zu senden.

Mi ha dato soddisfazioni per semplicità d'uso e commissioni molto economiche ma da un po' di tempo mi fa disperare l'assistenza clienti veramente assurda con IA che non fa altro che fare copia incolla delle FAQ. Non serve a niente ad avere questo tipo di assistenza. Non volete più fare chat perche vi obbligano a mettere più personale mi sta bene ma almeno ripristinate l'invio di un messaggio da app per contattarvi direttamente ..È veramente difficile avere risposte da voi.

The app is too basic but i need to suggest some features which would make this app better
1) I request scalable capital to add "modify feature" in the app after placing trades
2) I want scalable capital to add "sell all" feature to sell all my holdings at once instead of selling one by one

Scalable Capital è anche una banca dove si può aprire un conto deposito non vincolato con interesse competitivo accreditato ogni mese. Questo broker è sempre in via di evoluzione ci sono tantissimi prodotti e strumenti per andare short e long e costi per le commissioni veramente accessibili anche per il servizio clienti per le poche volte che ne ho avuto bisogno sempre pronti a risolvere i problemi. Non ho dato 5 stelle per il solo motivo che non hanno il regime amministrativo per la dichiarazione dei redditi ma so che ci stanno lavorando.
