When Shannon initially posted the review, we reached out to discuss and, in fact, discussed her position. Shannon decided to stand for her review. Afterwards, the review was automatically removed by Trustpilot. Once the review has been reposted, we publically respond to the review, that's what the companies normally do. We have not reached out to Shannon, because the matter simply has been discussed previously and Shannon made it clear that her position remains the same. Since it was a simular review reposted by Shannon, we saw no point in discussing the same question and simply responded to the review publically.

Let me address your question concerning our request to Trustpilot. We had a reason to believe that some wording might not be appropriate, so we used an automated tool provided by Trustpilot to independently assess the content. It is our right.
