I'm giving a little better rating than one star, just for making me feel empowered again and providing an expensive tracing report. I don't know if it was really worth the cost, while perceiving this may be the end of the road for me with this company. Maybe that positive and hopeful feeling while on my own was better than paying for a therapist long term. I was charged a hefty fee which was a little under 10 grand plus commission fee based on any amount they could recover for a serious and possible theft loss.

I still don't know if I've been scammed by genius con artists of over 100K and Scam Help hasn't been helpful in clearly proving this was the case for me. Based on my experience and the evidence I have accumulated for myself while comparing it to a few others who went mainstream, I'm going to side with that I was scammed.

They stopped communicating with me and seem to have trouble breaking the news to me that there's not much to be done now. They will only reply if you try to figuratively beat it out of them lol. I would have been happy and accepting of what happened if they could be more direct and honest about it, but it's a company that has its wins and losses just like any other out there. Maybe they're just afraid of angry customers because of the slick marketing that could be done by the sales team.

Eh, all is fair that I forgive this company for not delivering the goods and not breaking the news to me that they are having trouble while delivering this to me in what would be considered acceptable. The sales team will market that it has typically taken them six months on average. I'm almost two years. Perhaps, the sales team will adjust their strategy since Trustpilot is a great income source for them. At least they tried and kept my hopes up, but in the end, we got to do our part for business and to try to do what's right for consumers out of compassion.

My opinion is that if you've been scammed for a lot of money and you or others consider yourself to be pretty intelligent then it's likely these scammers are elite crooks and there isn't really a private international company and want to dream about out there to catch them yet. I just felt maybe Scam Help could have been this special company for me, but it's okay.

Crypto is risky business and getting scammed can be a cost of doing business. Just learn from it and try to recover by making profitable adjustments!

I'm going to make a killing ten times the amount I loss and donate some of it back. Perhaps more than I lost out of gratitude!

***Edit: Willing to bump up stars if they deliver, since they are keeping me on file for as long as this keeps going. I already know how impossible my situation seems now.

Ho contattato scamhelp.net, una società all’avanguardia sulle truffe con pagamenti in Cryptovaluta. Hanno svolto un investigazione e poi subito rintracciato i miei fondi. Il loro legale italiano sta svolgendo il Recupero dei miei fondi e abbiamo già congelato buona parte dei fondi, sono molto fiducioso grazie mille

Sono stato vittima di una truffa online su un negozio online che emulava un sito reale . Quando mi son reso conto della truffa ho contattato questa azienda vedendo la pubblicità su Google dove dicevano che rintracciavano le transazioni di cryptovalute sui wallet truffa , congelavano i fondi e poi ti restituivano la maggior parte della somma recuperata . Morale della favola , mi fanno un contratto unilaterale tutto a vantaggio loro che o recuperano i soldi o no , i soldi pagati per il contratto li hai cmq persi . Ho pagato 730 euro Iva inclusa per scambiarmi mail su mail con una dello staff che neanche parlava italiano , mi hanno fatto mandare mail compilate da loro dove mi appellavo a degli articoli di legge sull' antiriciclaggio con reclami al customer service del sito dove ho scambiato gli euro in crypto ed effettuato le transazioni al negozio truffa e alla mia banca cercando di trovare un accordo e come risposta ho solo preso calci nel cu.lo e mi hanno praticamente dato del co.glione . La polizia postale mi ha dato ulteriormente del co.glione perché solo loro possono congelare i soldi tramite mandato del GIP E DEL MAGISTRATO e che mi sono fatto fregare due volte perché questa azienda non può fare nulla e infatti nulla ha fatto . Solo mail su mail inutili che non hanno portato a nulla col risultato che dopo mesi mi han detto che han fatto il possibile e che dopo me la sarei dovuta vedere con il loro supporto clienti . Non vi affidate a ste società di recupero Crypto perché sono solo una presa per il cu.lo legalizzata . Meno male che il mio caso era semplice e mi han garantito che avrei recuperato tutto ... certo ... come no ... Pag.liacci !!!!

I hesitate to call this company a scam, but they didn't live up to expectations.
After falling for a pig buthering scam, I started out by filling out contact info on a website and recieved a call the next week. The asked for specifics of the case, info on what happened, records and the like. After I sent them over, they said there was a good chance to recover the funds. They asked for an almost $700 plus 5% of any recovery, which i agreed to.
My first indication should have been when I looked at their web page and most of their endorsements listed were nott actually made or found on the websites they claimed. I even asked a couple who said they have never heard of this company (in this name correct its original one). Second, they sent me forms with spellings and grammar mistakes to send to the financial institutions (they did nothing to track the crypto currency). When the financial institutions denied the claim ScamHelp instructed me to make the claim again. This happened multiple time before the had me submit some complaints with regulatory bodies, which were again denied as it what out of their scope. Keep in mind these were all with the templates that had grammar and spelling mistakes. They then closed the case saying there was nothing more you can do.
If you have been scammed, go ahead and contact the police, banks, and relative authorities. But do not engage this company unless you want to lose more money and months of frustration.

After losing a considerable amount of money in a crypto scam i discoveted the excellentScam Help, based in The Hague, Netherlands. I was initially very wary but Robbie Marks re-assured me and gave great support . His team of Malla And Katherine did great work in assembling wallet evidence of scam transactions and sent me model letters of complaint to send off. They did most of the cc work for me and i would never have done it on my own. After 6 months i have now pleasingly got half of this money back with work ongoing to claim the rest. There are many scammers trying to do secondary scams claiming to be helping cc recover funds. Scam Help can be trusted and charge reasonable fees. I recommend them highly.Thanks Robbie and your team

Tracing & recovery. I had ETH stolen, they sent me profits in fake coins to make me convinced. It was my first time buying crypto, I had no idea... These guys helped me to spot the fake coin and prepared the report I had to bring to the police, now police are working on my case. Even though scam helpers could not help me because I lost only 3000, they gave me very good advise, so I went and raised a chargeback with my bank and the bank returned the money.

Before I signed up, they made things sound like there was a good chance to recover the cryptos (BTC) I lost through a scammer. It's now been 2 years and nothing has happened and nothing from them for a year.

They kept saying they need to have the police, FBI or CIA involved in the investigation to get a chance. Had they told me that upfront, I would not have agreed to pay them $6k.

If you've been scammed, be careful before making your decision as they overpromise and under deliver just like so many companies out there. I feel like they produced nothing of value as nothing has been recovered with just empty promises. I dealt with a rep who mostly cared about making a sale vs getting results.

Elizabeth was my case manager, we worked for over 6 months together and then she left, I had a feeling that the case started moving very slowly, but then the firm assigned me a new one... It took 2 more months to get a response from regulators, as a result, they ruled in my favour and I got a full refund after approximately 8,5 months. I paid then 1200 EUR for the services and got 14000 back. They also took an 8% success fee from me.

I liked them, but they were too pricey. I ended up spending 2,5K on a recovery of 12, in my opinion, it took them a few steps. Ideally, I would pay no more than 1,5K. These guys do the job, fees are upsetting though
