Hired them to create a tracing report and forensics analysis for me. They brought a perfect result just in two weeks. They also consulted me on how to move forward, which helped in many ways to understand the situation and build the strategy.

Going great for now. Was initially hesitant to hire them due to fees involved, you have to pay upfront, etc… They have traced my cryptos so far and the police is helping me out here. I am hoping for the best here!

Total waste of time and money. If I could score them below a one I would do it. Do not believe anything the sales manager tells you about their recovery process. I was told I could count on them to recover 50 to 70% of my lost funds. I paid them.$6000+ 16 months ago and all I have received is a few letters they created for me to write to Tokenlon, ChangeNOW, and Kraken.
This company perpetuated the fraud and scam that I endured. They have no legal recourse, no attorneys to pursue my losses, no contact with the FBI, SEC, FTC or local law enforcement . After the first three months of working with Scam Help and Cyberclaims I had to constantly contact them for updates and the next steps they initially stated would be followed. After assuring me, they established irrefutable evidence against the three referenced companies they had no means to ever recover any of my lost funds.Do not use this company unless you are willing to lose additional funds and receive no results.

Liked how they work, but charging 10% upfront and 10% success fee is a bit too much for me. You will also need to do some legwork. Just so you know.
