Unbelievably easy to arrange, great value. Will be recommending to everyone.

The engineer could have changed a nut on the radiator, ( very slight leak) but he said that he will have to order the part. In my view, this is a standard nut, which he should have carried in his van. The estimate for changing the nut came in the same day at £100+ vat .

This is the second time that i have booked SC Duncan, booked all on-line and had an email to remind me. James arrived on time and was lovely. All sorted and they have emailed the bill and easy to pay etc. Would use next year. Also my friend has booked her gas service.

When our boiler recently died and left us with no heating or hot water, we needed a replacement and quickly!
We found in SC Duncan, a local business who we felt we could trust to give us sound advice and supply and fit a new boiler at a competitive price
The fact they did it within two working days was greatly appreciated!
Everyone from Dayna in the office, James the MD who came to survey and advise on the best system for our property and especially our heating engineer Matt (assisted by Harry), nothing was too much trouble for any of them
Between them they took control of what had become a stressful situation for us. Everyone always professional, helpful and courteous.

We did not hear the engineer when he first arrived but he returned the same morning and did a very thorough job

We had our boiler serviced today and were pleased with the service and the explanations as to what had been done. The plumber arrived a tiny bit late but the firm had rung me to say he was running late which I really appreciated. He explained about setting the flow so it is economical to run the boiler and we had some air in the pipes which he corrected and bled the radiators. We felt pleased and confident he had done a good and thorough job for a fare price. We will use them again for sure with anything that needs doing plumbingwise in our house

Very happy with my boiler service and confirmation that the gas fire was indeed disconnected, which is what I wanted to know. Disappointed on receiving the boiler gas safe record that there was an issue with bonding of the meter as this wasn’t mentioned at the time. Not a problem but something to remedy before the next service.
The ability to book an appointment online was quick and easy, well done.

I have just had a new boiler fitted. The price was very good. And the fitting was great. Matt who fitted my boiler was very professional and courteous, even to the point of making sure he was considerate in the parking of his van. I cannot recommend S. D. Duncan enough.

They treat your home like their own. They were always punctual and dealt with issues swiftly as needed. The appointment was given as between 8 am and 10 am. The engineer arrived slightly ahead of 8 o'clock, which was great, as there were many other things going on for me that day. He was very friendly, very efficient ... and, most importantly, said very helpful things about my "old" boiler. Here's to next year's check!

I was a bit disappointed on the day of my appointment that the engineer did not turn up, especially I had taken a day off to wait. However, on the rescheduled appointment, the engineer did come on time and he did explained quite clearly about his job and finished the checking quickly. Considering to rebook for the annual service again.
