Thoroughly enjoyed this course and learnt a lot of actionable tools and techniques that I can instantly start using in my projects.

I do not write many reviews but after the experience this week with the School of UX, I had to write one as they completely deserve it. Sergei & Chimmy were excellent tutors, with great knowledge, patients, and answered every question raised. Sergei & Chimmy make sure every student understands at each point of the course breaking down the tutorials section by section. This course has given me the foundations of UX design and the strategies to further my skills within the UX world. In my view, I couldn't have chosen a better course. Well done guys will be seeing you next year!

I only knew the basic fundamentals of UX/UI before taking this course, and now feel so much more empowered as a marketer and designer. I loved getting the chance to be hands on with the practical side of implementing them both, whilst learning the theory behind each aspect. Sergei and Chimmy are great tutors, both extremely informed, patient and personable.

I selected my UX course based on tutor’s experience and both Sergei and Chimmy have a great knowledge about UX Design (also they are very friendly and supportive). The course has some valuable information which is not easy to find on other sources. 3 days were pretty intensive and full of useful insights. Right now I have a better idea about UX, thanks to Sergei and Chimmy!

Having just finished my MSc in Psychology, I found myself wanting to transition into the role of UX designer, but as a complete beginner in the field I had no idea where to start.

The 5-day crash course gave me a much needed momentum (and boost in confidence!) to get started in UX, as it covers anything from theory, to hands-on practical exercises and career/portfolio advice. Sergei and Chimmy were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, friendly and patient, which made this course thoroughly enjoyable.

I have friends who recently mentioned an interest in the field, and I immediately recommended the School of UX - their courses are absolutely worth doing!

As a digital designer, I've been meaning to pivot my career to UX/UI for a while now but felt like I didn't have all of the skills I needed. Sure, you can learn a lot by yourself, but it will only take you so far. Deciding to attend The School of UX 5-day certified UX course was one of the best decisions I made for my career.

Sergei and Chimmy were excellent tutors, and they provided a wealth of knowledge, resources, tools, insight and experience and shed a lot of light on what I thought I knew about UX design. The course is practical too, so you get to design a few things and receive feedback on it which helps immensely.

I've already accepted a UX Designer role creating apps, following the course and I feel a lot more confident stepping into this role knowing what I know now, and I'm honestly itching to use all of the tools, resources and knowledge gained from this course.

If you're serious about stepping into UX/UI - this is one of the best avenues to do so.

After teaching myself about UX with online research, I was feeling a little stuck, so I decided to take the 5 day course and I'm really glad I did. We covered so much during the week, built our own working prototypes, and got some great insider knowledge of the industry. I did the 5 day course, as a beginner to UX/UI design wanting to gain knowledge and collaborate better with UX/UI colleagues. One of the most valuable course I have done in recent times. It actually delivers what it says on the course with no gimmick. Both Sergei and Chimmy were very hands on, patience and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend as a way to start your journey into UX/UI industry or wanting to knowledge.

I took this course in March 2019 and found it to be incredibly rewarding.

As a Frontend Developer the course introduced me to considerations from a Designer's point of view, mixed with Sergei's broad experience - this provided a broad perspective on the industry and how all the skills intertwine from requirement gathering, designing and implementing solutions and creative designs.

From attending this course I learnt many industry standard skills that I have been using for over a year to great effect - which helped me secure my current job.

I have worked as a designer for a number of years and suffered from imposter syndrome for as long as I can remember. Sergei and Chimmy made me realise that a lot of my insecurities come from just needing to communicate better with my team, especially stakeholders. I learned so much in the 5-day course that I’m planning on signing up for all of their more specialised, one-day courses for the foreseeable future.

Sergei and Chimmy are extremely knowledgable in their field, they’re fantastic at explaining everything and provide useful examples in the form of stories from their own experiences. I was unsure what to expect when I realised the course would be run remotely due to Covid-19 but was thoroughly delighted in the end. As someone who’s worked in tech/IT for nearly ten years, and work closely with designers and developers, I felt I was able to gain a much deeper appreciation of how to work with them as well as improving my UX, design and front-end skills for my own projects. Each day builds on the last until you’re putting together working prototypes (in code) by day four. Top notch 👌

Chimmy and Sergei are very knowledgeable, experienced, and insightful! Both are very friendly and humorous at times so the course was thoroughly enjoyable. They go in-depth on all the important components of UX without any fluff. 5-hours for 5 days were worth every penny! I was so engaged that 5 hours would fly by.

Definitely would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about the processes of UX and how it can be applied into real-world scenarios more effectively. It is both very practical and theoretical. They also provide you with plenty of information on resources and tools that can be used for designing to coding to job searching!

An excellent foundation for anyone who wants to get into UX and even for someone who has some experience on the UX industry.

Like other reviewers here, this course left me wanting and motivated to learn and do more.

This 5 day UX design crash course was exactly what I was looking for to launch my career in UX.

Chimmy and Sergei teach the fundamentals of UI and UX before giving you real hands on experience wireframing and prototyping whilst designing and coding a mobile first responsive website.

They are both excellent teachers providing insightful advice from their extensive industry experience and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have! The entire course was done remotely via Zoom and this took nothing away from the experience, really easy to use and follow along.

When the 5 days were over, I'd found the course soo helpful and motivating I wished there was a second week!

Highly recommend this course for anyone looking to get into UX as this will give you a great foundation to build on.
