School trends really are great little company a sign of excellence is how well they perform when things don’t go as expected and here they have been amazing!

We’ve used them for 5 years now to order uniforms and on the two occasions we’ve had order issues - they were quick to respond (even in the last days before Christmas) and the issues were resolved quickly.

I must add neither issue was their fault (one involved a ripped parcel with a missing item - the delivery driver found it in his van a few days later and somehow realised it was ours). Second was a payment issue where money was taken despite the banking process saying the transaction failed.

Extra thanks to Linda on this most recent occasion for her understanding and prompt action.

I ordered a Christmas T-shirt from School Trends and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the delivery was quick, arriving well in time for the festive season.

The T-shirt itself is excellent quality, with vibrant colors and a perfect fit. It exceeded my expectations, and you can tell a lot of care went into the design and production.

Uniform garments supplied by school trends have been good quality and value for money. Our account manager has been so helpful and responsive to meet our needs. As a small charity run setting, it always feels great when you’re treated well, for such small business.

Tracey at school trends has been so wonderful in the updating of our account and needs! She took the time to call me to discuss on the phone what our current needs were and added everything to our account. Nothing was too much trouble and communication has always been great. Disgusting behaviour from this company. Received items and the logo has peeled off pretty much immediately. Got in contact and was told it was a bad batch? The printing is done by YOU! Was told we are getting new shipment but it has been weeks! Hoping to get charge back from the credit card company. DO NOT USE THEM. READ THE REVIEWS

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star as it’s the lowest but honestly I wouldn’t give that! I ordered school jumpers at the end of July in plenty of time for starting school, they arrived in August and 1 jumper had a large what looks like permanent marker stain on the back which I cannot get out. I emailed various times and reached out on social media and finally got a reply over 1 month later. They said they’d process an urgent replacement for the jumper which in my eyes a replacement is like for like. It arrived on Wednesday 2nd October and it was a cardigan!! I emailed straight away and forwarded the email to the other email address yesterday to cover all bases and haven’t received a reply to either, yet they seem quick to reply to feedback the same day on here! The experience has been unprofessional from start to finish, by the time I hopefully receive this replacement jumper it will have been almost 3 months!!

Non existent customer service, took a month for the order to even be processed so I had to buy a back up plain uniform for my autistic son’s new school. One that has now been ripped to shreds but due to me spending a significant amount on the logo uniform I was hesitant to buy more. I was told my parcel was finally out for delivery only for it to be updated as “delivered” and an image of a random
Front door with no card posted through my door (I was at home to receive the parcel). Contacted the delivery company who confirmed the delivery address didn’t match mine. I have now sent several emails to school trends requesting that the issue be rectified or that I be duly refunded which have all been ignored, of course there is no phone number to contact on due to the mass incompetence of the company. It baffles me why the school have chosen this website as the only method of obtaining uniform quite honestly. An infuriating start to a new school year and a new beginning with a new school, an issue I never even fathomed when choosing the school for my child.

*update* delivery went to the wrong address on my street despite the address being correct on my order confirmation wasn’t told until over a week later and the neighbour said they hadn’t received a package, requested a full refund and still haven’t heard back a week later

I only gave 1 star because trust pilot wouldn’t let me give less. So we ordered our uniform in the middle of August and to date we have still not had our order. No communication from the company and ended up doing a charge back through my credit card company to reclaim the funds.
We had to scrabble around various companies to get some uniform for our son because supplies were running low by the time school started and it was clear we were not getting our order.
I will NEVER use this company again our child will go through school using generic uniform.

Brilliant service, I forgot to add an item to my order and this was rectified quickly and efficiently.

Very poor customer service. I have emailed a number of times over the last 4-6 weeks and you have not got back to me. I will be writing a review on here everyday until I recieve a reply, a phone call of an apology and refunded for the first order that was incorrectly made. Own up to you mistakes. Never again will i order via this site. Lets see if I get a quicker response on here. 🤔

School Trends have always offered a prompt and efficient service to our school community over the years. All orders are fulfilled with accuracy and excellent customer service and the value for money and quality of our uniform items is also much appreciated.

My wife ordered school uniform a month ago. We haven't received it and the company are not responding to emails. They have no phone number, so you can't check whether they will eventually send the order or just keep your money. Feels like a scam. We spent over £100 with them and now have had to order from somewhere else. Do not use this company.

We had a bit of a wobble at the start. I ordered and waiting the 28 days it stated before chasing up my order. It turned out to be the delivery’s fault of delivering my package to someone else far from my address. It took a while to get through to school trends as the response is around 2 days. After day 5 of chasing up my order Tracey phoned me and she managed to get my order through as a priority and this was delivered the next day. I am very happy with the quality of my purchase.

Don’t believe these 5* reviews as it’s blatantly staff from the company writing reviews for themselves. Reason why I know they are fake is because the last review said about customer service and helping them over the phone. 1st of all they don’t even have a customer phone line. You try to email them and the emails come straight back because their mailbox is full so they clearly aren’t responding to people within two 2 days as they aren’t even opening them for their mailbox to be that full and rejecting any further emails. I tried to contact through Instagram but they don’t accept message requests, I tried through the enquire button and heard nothing. All the comments on their Instagram photos are turned off because they know how many unhappy customers would be leaving comments in a desperate attempt to get in touch. I placed my order during the summer holidays, got a confirmation email saying to please allow 21 days even though it will probably be before. Monday is the 21st day and my son starts in Tuesday, only today my order moved from processing to picking which means it hasn’t even gone into production yet for the logos, so no way will I have my uniform on time. What’s the biggest joke is that since I have returned to the website they then added a banner on their website saying “it’s not too late to place your order, we are open all summer” which means they have been encouraging people to place an order since my order, full well knowing people wouldn’t get it on time. Sham of a company and I’ll be having a stern word with my sons new school about referring this company to parents to buy their uniform. My son is starting a whole week later than all the other schools in our area so the fact it still won’t be here by the time he starts is unbelievable.
