Any (minor) issue I have ever had with this provider has been sorted promptly and without fuss. You are treated like a real customer should be, not just an inconvenience who has already paid money and are therefore no more use to them. I find the service is top notch and I can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

It's when something goes wrong that you find out about companies.
Scop Media were patient and easy to work with when I had issues.
Also they let you know about problems instead of burying their heads in the sand like other companies.

Been with scop for 2 years and I can count on one hand the amount of problems I've had. We all know there will be problems In the service from time to time but scop resolve them and keep them to a minimum, very pleased with them and would recommend them to anybody

Great service. Uptime is probably 99%. When I've had an issue in the past they're a very responsive and good communicators. I've been using for well over a year now.

Systems go down so often and very slow at responding. Not the best IPTV, I've had better. Paid for the year and really wished I hadn't.
Spend more time getting it to work, than watching the programmes.

Had a small issue to begin with, customer services were great, patient and resolved the issue.
Would recommend 👏
