scottfraser - Summertown レビュー

Scott Fraser used to be an excellent company with a skilful and dedicated staff who looked after our properties brilliantly. It has gone COMPLETELY off the boil. They never reply to emails from landlords and never return phone calls. I strongly suggest any landlord avoids them at all cost.

Boris at Scottfraser Summertown was amazing!! He was very proactive and responded to our questions and requests promptly and clearly. He was friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our whole lettings process, and made us feel at ease in what’s honestly quite a stressful situation (having to find a house on short notice, move in, etc.) Most importantly, He made sure he did his very best to secure an extremely popular property for us, thank you Boris!

We went to the office seeking a house to rent. Mr Bobev received us and fulfilled our needs. He was extremely diligent and professional.

Boris was very helpful and informative about the process of securing the property for us. It has been an arduous journey looking for a flat in an especially competitive month for apartment hunting but it's finally over thanks to him.

Boris was communicative and very helpful throughout the process of securing my new rented accommodation.

This is my very first encounter with Scott Fraser and turned out to be the best with the help of the amazing Scarlett Jones. She is kind, calm and composite. She guided us perfectly to get our dream home. Thanks very much Scarlett and Scott Fraser. Very much satisfied with your service.

Thanks to Scarlett, we were able to quickly arrange a visit to our new home. She was so friendly and supportive and the whole process was very easy without any difficulties!

I’d had dealing with another agency and I have to say that compared to my previous experience, Scott Fraser are an absolute dream to deal with.
Boris has been excellent - responsive, personable, friendly, open and honest, he clearly articulates all requirements and has managed my expectations brilliantly. Boris explained that (unlike my prior experience with a local competitor) SF do not play renters off against each other. There are no gushing application letters required to the landlord; no offers to be made above asking price; no hard-selling, just transparency and a super easy, well supported, efficient tech package to make the process seamless.
Boris is an excellent communicator, handling everything for me as a single point of contact and putting up with my pestering like a pro!
I cannot thank Scott Fraser and Boris enough for helping me to secure my dream home in the country!

Boris and Scott Fraser in general have been excellent to deal with. Boris has made the entire process so far so straightforward, clearly explaining requirements, steps and rationale and has answered my partner's queries promptly and thoroughly, is always quick to answer the phone and has been really friendly and personable. All in all, a 100% positive experience with Scott Fraser - thank you Boris!

Boris was amazing and really helpful when we were looking for a new flat to rent. The process was quick, easy, and staff were really friendly. Would recommend to anyone, especially if your only option is to pay in advance!

Boris Bobev was our agent. He was very attentive and very resourceful. He made the process really easy even in our somewhat difficult situation having just moved back to the UK.
