The customer service team sent me an email reply at past 9pm last night, then when I didn’t reply DURING THE NIGHT, they then edited their reply on here past 2am in the morning saying I had not responded.
Sorry I was busy sleeping and not dreaming about replying about my poor experience.
If this is the kind of company you want to hand your money to- take care.
Company is still simply unable to cancel or refund my delayed order.
Only some items are displayed as back order on the website, and not the ones I ordered. I have screen shots of this to prove it, so these are the real facts of the matter.
Apparently, the customer is supposed to keep track of the inconsistent notifications on what is or isn’t on backorder. It isn’t displayed on the ordering screen (convenient) but is when you pay and then in the follow up order confirmation when you have already paid (very convenient).
Looking at other reviews, it’s clear the company frequently has backorder issues and very long wait times on receiving items - so definitely don’t order if you need something within 14 days as I did.
I wish I’d have read the reviews on here first to save the hassle of the rude customer service as well!

Some of the items in my order were apparently “on back order”. I need the rest of the items by a certain date (in time for an exam) and they have also refused to send the items that are in stock, separately.
So I have requested to cancel the entire order since I won’t receive anything for when I need it, and they are refusing saying it is not possible.

Por su culpa no pude dar un examen de ingreso ya que su pedido nunca me llego. casi 2 meses para un envío que según DHL el único registro que tienen es el que salió del vendedor nada mas son una cagada ni siquiera me quieren dar un reembolso asi que pronto procederé a tomar cargos legales

Llevo esperando mi pedido más de 40 días, escribo constantemente y la respuesta es que ellos no saben nada, que eso es de la empresa de envíos, por lo no me dan ningún tipo de solución. Pésimo servicio.

Well the quality is good. The delivery service is extremely bad I have two packages for which I am still waiting. Almost going to be a month. There are other websites with better shipping services.

Pros: good customer service
Cons: slow delivery
My order took about a month to arrive. Company tried to help as much as they could, but something on the way to my country made the delivery (and tracking of the parcel) very slow. I mention this, because ,even outside of the company's control and good attitude towards customers, it is something to consider as a possibility given the other reviews with such hiccups. Outside of the slow delivery everything was business-as-usual and the product is great!

The customer service is great!! I sent them an email regarding my order (which I got quite late after placing it because of some delivering issues) and I appreciated it so much that an actual person answered to the email and that it wasn’t an automatic email sent back. They answered fast and actually helped me track my order! Also, I consider the price is good for the quality of the scrub I got, so I’m thinking of coming back to this website in the future!

Helemaal niet tevreden. Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst 20/07 ter waarde van 78 euro. Plots krijg ik 21/07 een mail dat mijn bestelling in backorder is… dit stond nergens aangegeven op de site aangezien ik dit anders niet besteld zou hebben omdat ik het nodig had voor 01/08. Na te mailen blijkt dat dit wel zou moeten aangegeven staan maar dit is dus pas aangepast na mijn bestelling!
Op 29/07 nog altijd niks ontvangen dus ik stuur een mail om mijn bestelling te annuleren met dit als antwoord:
Dank voor uw email, ik heb geprobeerd uw zending nog te annuleren maar deze zit al in het verzend proces en is vandaag al verwerkt en verzonden dus helaas lukt me dat niet meer. U zult in de komende uren de verzendbevestiging met uw track en trace van ons ontvangen per email.
Plots is mijn pakje magisch verwerkt en kan ik deze niet meer annuleren?!
Vervolgens krijg ik om 1u ‘s nachts de email dat mijn bestelling onderweg is. Na 10 dagen!!
Uiteindelijk is mijn pakje toegekomen op 6/08. Meer dan 2 weken dus, veel te laat.
Ik had dit nodig voor 01/08 dus heb hier niks meer aan dus vraag te retourneren en voor een verzendlabel. Als ik antwoord krijg ik dat ik zelf insta voor de kosten van retour. Te belachelijk voor woorden. Er stond nergens aangegeven dat dit zo lang ging duren. Ik kon niet meer annuleren ook al had ik die mail verstuurd voor mijn bestelling was “verwerkt”. Voor een levering van meer dan 2 weken kunnen ze wel de moeite doen een verzendlabel te voorzien op zijn minst.
Conclusie: €18,10 aan verzending kwijt en geen pakje.
Wanneer ik laat weten dat ik hierover ontevreden ben krijg ik mail terug in het Engels. Vreemd voor een bedrijf dat mij Nederlands lijkt? En ook geen excuses of antwoord.
Als je dus tijdig je pakje wil zou ik hier niet bestellen. Ik zal hier alleszins al niet meer bestellen.
Nu nog maar de vraag wanneer ik mijn geld terug krijg.

The worse ever.
The item I ordered arrived after more than a month, the item wasn't as described and I had to return it.
The return postage cost was £20 pounds which I had to pay from my pocket.
I don't have my refund yet, even if the item arrived to them a few days ago.
And the item that I bought it cost £57, they charged the money when they didn't even have the item in stock, so they are having my money from almost 2 months now. Never again buy from this site. I only hope to have my money back soon.

I placed an order with ScrubSupply.com on May 5th. They claim the package was handed over to DHL, and provided a tracking number on May13th. However, the tracking hasn’t updated since May 19th, where it shows “Processing completed at origin.” Today is June11th. Since then—nothing.
I’ve contacted their customer service several times. While they do respond and apologise for the delay, all they say is that the order has been shipped and it’s now the carrier’s issue. That’s not good enough. The general manager Dave responded back and said he was onto the DHL and is investigating on it, nearly a month after ‘’ dispatching’’As the seller, ScrubSupply.com is responsible for ensuring the product is delivered. If it’s lost or significantly delayed, they should be offering a refund or replacement.
Instead, they keep repeating that they “can’t process a return or refund until the item is received.” How is that even possible when the package is clearly stuck or lost in transit?
This is unacceptable customer service. ScrubSupply.com refuses to take ownership of the problem, and I’m left without the item I paid for and no resolution in sight.
I would not recommend shopping here. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to help. Very unreliable and disappointing experience.

The scrubs finally arrived today. Product is good quality.,

Do not order from scrub supply. com They do tell you your order is back stock which I saw once pointed out but state 5 to 10 days normal delivery. My item was ordered the 8th of May. It is now the 31st of May. Still nowhere to be seen. And the customer service are saying it will be delivered soon. Yet the tracking at DHL say item can not be found. £40 lost by the looks of it. And going round in circles with people saying its on its way.

Placed an order on the 3rd of May. I was not notified about "back order" items until after I paid and was sent the confirmation email.
Spent the next 2 and a half weeks asking for updates only to get "You will be emailed soon". Its the 27th of May and I havent recieved my order yet.
I got a email on the 25th of May stating that my order has been dispatched. I click on the tracking number and there's no package. The page says order not found.
Terrible Company. Horrible experience. I dont know If I'll even recieve my scrubs at this point. Paid extra for expedited shipping only to be told I will recieve my items 10-12 days on dispatch.
What a joke. Never again.
Edit: It was on the 23rd of May that I recieved the dispatch email. I was going off memory when stating the 25th. This still doesnt change the fact regarding my experience.
I am never ordering from this company again. I have a right to express my grievances regarding my experience and people have the right to know about this, as well as come with a conclusion of whether or not they want to order from you guys.
I am 100% sure I paid extra for expedited shipping, otherwise why was there an extra 30 euro shipping charge on a 140+ euro order? Dave, you tried it.
Edit2: Apparently the extra 30 euro DHL shipping is standard and not expedited. My bad, this has been cleared up via email. However, everything else still stands. Also telling me my review reflects badly on my character in the email is weird. Im leaving my edits and original mistakes.

Terrible company
Ordered my scrubs on 21.04 and still on 7.05 I not received it. I understand this was a “back order” but the advised 10 days has long passed and still nothing.
Customer service advised this was despatch but when checking courier site I can see only label was created! Worst service I recently experienced. Recommend to buy elsewhere!

Took 25 days to deliver. I had paid an extra €20 for 2-3 day delivery. Apparently in the description of items it states the long delivery times. This should be stated at checkout not in a description no one reads. I work in healthcare and do not have a month to wait on uniforms.
There was no such notification about back orders.
Also reporting my review for “defamation” is very shady behaviour when nothing I said was incorrect. Luckily it was reviewed and reinstated.
