Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch die von Ihnen beschriebenen Probleme beeinträchtigt wurde, und wir bedauern aufrichtig, dass Ihr Urlaubserlebnis nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

Wir können sehr gut nachvollziehen, wie unangenehm und störend ein Abflussgeruch sein kann, insbesondere wenn man im Urlaub in einer Villa wohnt. Das ist sicherlich nicht die Erfahrung, die wir unseren Gästen wünschen.

Als wir auf das Problem aufmerksam gemacht wurden, hat unser Team einen Techniker beauftragt, die Unterkunft zu besuchen, um das Problem zu begutachten und zu beheben. Auch das Problem mit dem Sofa wurde überprüft und behoben. Es tut uns jedoch leid, dass diese Maßnahmen Ihr Vertrauen in den Aufenthalt nicht wiederherstellen konnten und Sie sich nicht gut betreut gefühlt haben.

Seien Sie versichert, dass wir die Anliegen unserer Gäste nicht ignorieren. Die Erfahrung jedes einzelnen Gastes liegt uns sehr am Herzen, und viele Familien kehren Jahr für Jahr zu uns zurück, was wir sehr schätzen. Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Sie einen anderen Eindruck gewonnen haben.

Wie in unserer direkten E-Mail an Sie erwähnt, wurde Ihr Fall gemäß unseren Buchungsbedingungen geprüft, einschließlich einer etwaigen Entschädigung, sofern zutreffend. Wir stehen Ihnen weiterhin über unsere direkten Kommunikationskanäle zur Verfügung, um das Gespräch mit Ihnen fortzusetzen.

We are sorry to hear that your stay at Apartment Sivella did not meet your expectations and that you felt uncomfortable during your visit. Cleanliness and guest satisfaction are very important to us, and we regret that this was not your experience.

As noted during your stay, our housekeeping team did return to the apartment in response to your concerns. However, we are sorry that the outcome was not satisfactory for you. Regarding the furniture, lighting and general condition, the apartment is maintained in line with its category and is represented accurately in the description and photographs on our website, although we understand that expectations can vary.

We are also sorry that you felt unsupported by our team. We did our best to assist within the available options at the time, but we regret that we were unable to find a solution that met your expectations.

We appreciate your comments, which are valuable to us and will be taken into consideration as we continue to review and improve our properties and services.

Regarding the issue with your original booking, we are very sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We would like to clarify that on the very rare occasions when overbooking has occurred, it has been due to a system error. We always follow our policy of honoring the first confirmed booking, and if your reservation was not accepted at that time, it would have been for another reason unrelated to the order in which bookings were made. We sincerely regret the stress and disruption this caused you.

We are, however, delighted to hear that you ultimately enjoyed Villa Val Den Marc and that it met your expectations. We are glad your family could enjoy the villa’s privacy, spaciousness, and location.

We value your feedback, and we hope that despite this experience, you may consider staying with us again in the future so we can provide the seamless service you have come to expect from Sealand Villas.
