Customer for years and the quality is realy good. But now I have placed an order and paid it a month ago, and nothing has been send. No reactions on the send mails, no refund.

I bought stuff off them couple of years ago and all good. Now I did an order with and and what a different experience. They never sent a jacket, t shirt different colour and no response for over a month now. Just not worth it now

4 T-Shirts bestellt und auch alle erhalten. Alle das gleiche Modell. Das gelbe ist komplett durchsichtig. Ein grünes ist viel zu kurz, das andere grüne viel zu lang. Das letzte hat komplett offene Nähte und der Druck wurde nicht richtig ausgeführt.
Seit Wochen keine Antwort vom Kundenservice. Abzocke und 100€ ärmer.

The print was off center and a bit croocked.

Seit 2023 warte ich auf Lieferung bzw. Rückerstattung. Da aber auch der Kundendienst quasi nicht stattfindet: vergeblich.

Ordered some shirts on the 19 of august, money was deducted right away from my account. I have not received any goods from them, and they are not responding on my emails to theis costumer support. I have also used their message system online with no response. Their support phone number doesn't work.

He hecho un pedido el 24 agosto 2024, a 10 de sept no tengo noticias, no contestan emails ni al telefono.

Took over 4 weeks to arrive, t-shirt had screenprint ink on the inside (visible as its white) and a hole in it. No response from them after reporting the issues.

The customer service is really Bad.
I ordered 3 t-shirts, the money was withdrawn from my account and the order has been shipped After one month.
They Never answered any of the mails I sent them.

A few points to note before considering a purchase. I ordered 2 t-shirts back on the 29th of June. The delivery time frame is way longer than expected. They quote 7-10 days top the UK but in reality this is 3 - 4 weeks. The quality of the T-Shirts is good BUT what if they don't fit? The returns process has been a nightmare. I sent my t-shirts back tracked. A delivery was attempted but the there was no response at the address. Apparently a notice was left for them to collect the parcel from another address. I have chased and chased as it has now been 6 weeks and nothing. No response to any of my emails and no refund. As other people have said, is it a scam?
If you are 100% certain items will fit maybe risk it. If however you're concerned that they won't I wouldn't risk it. I doubt you'll ever see a refund. I would never use again.

Realicé un pedido hace 10 días, pagado y respuesta automática por mail diciendo que en breve llegaba el pedido... intento contactar con ellos vía mail,teléfono, whatsapp, instagram... y han desaparecido con mi dinero y sin mis camisetas pagadas. Estafa total... se presupone que es una empresa Balear pero no responden. Una vergúenza. Adios a mi dinero es injusto e indignante.

I've previously ordered (once before) from SC, and the service was slow (weeks), but the quality was great. I really liked what I got... I ordered again, months ago now, and nothing, no communication, no delivery, very disappointing service.

As far as this is specifically about "Trust", I don't recommend trusting this business. It's important to stress that I did (eventually) get the shirts I ordered. But, after ordering and paying I heard nothing at all and was unable to contact either via their customer help email addressed (my message bounced) or Whatsapp (I was ignored). Finally, after Whatsapp-ing them that I was initiating a formal complaint, I did hear back with the claim they had been having "communications issues". Given the other negative reviews on this site, I'm afraid I did not believe them. To be frank, I'm not convinced of the veracity of the five star reviews on this site: until recently (now removed), exactly the same review had been posted under two different names (and apparent locations) on two consecutive days. Overall, I highly recommend you get your shirts elsewhere.

En su página web indica que el pedido tarda en llegar de 1-3 días hábiles. Eso sí, no te indica lo que tardan en enviarlo. Han hecho el envío 17 días hábiles después de solicitarlo, después ha llegado, como indica 4 días hábiles. Les intenté contactar a través de redes sociales, el formulario que tienen en web y un teléfono que encontré, y nada. Incluso le puse una reclamación de PayPal y no respondieron.

Placed an order on June 3, 2024, as of writing over 2 months and still not received my order, multiple email's have failed to have been answered. A very poor company, avoid at all cost.

This is certainly a Scam company. Order and Payment in early June. Got a confirmation number. Couldn't track the delivery and now their chat says there is no order With this number and no such e-mail as mine?? Warning! Do not order from them!
