I had an issue with my new water maker. I called and was treated above expectation by the team. They took the time and went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct parts and understood how to make the system work. I will definitely recommend them and there products to others as we enjoy making fresh water on our journey.

We have a Seawater Pro Watermaker and we love it. Not only because it works perfectly but it is also simple, easy to maintain and most importantly the customer service is outstanding.

I bought the 40gph 24v model for our catamaran and did the installation myself. At one point I made a critical error-- I applied too much thread tape and ended up stripping out two (!) of the membrane end-cap threads.

Michael answered my panic'd call that night even though it was after-hours for the business. He walked me through the proper tap & die sizes to get an emergency repair up and running, and on his own dime sent two replacement caps to us while we were cruising on the hook in Canada.

Amazing experience, can't say enough good things about them.

I’ve had my Seawater Pro watermaker system for five years, and during that entire time I’ve had zero problems with it. My boat is equipped with a four 40-inch membrane system, and it has been extremely reliable.

I believe the key to the system’s longevity has been regular maintenance. I have it programmed to perform a 20-minute fresh-water flush every three days, and that routine has worked very well for us.

After five years, we recently replaced all four membranes and needed a few miscellaneous parts. Mike at Seawater Pro was more than happy to help us, making sure we had what we needed and providing excellent support.

After five years of ownership, I can confidently say I’ve been very pleased with both the Seawater Pro system and their customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

SeaWater Pro provides a basic but solid system. If that’s what you are looking for you can’t go wrong with this company. Prices are competitive and best of all, their customer service is exemplary.

We purchased our Watermaker four years ago It is the single membrane AC unit that produces 20 gal per hour. It has worked flawlessly while we are in our fourth year of cruising. We pickle it in summer for about six months. Easy to recommission. The TDS for the water is still less than 100 ppm after four years.
Easy to install and you can buy fittings from hardware store.
Excellent service and very responsive.

I have a one membrane system with panel. It was a challenge to install into my 34 foot trawler. It took a day of planning to figure out where to put everything. Once that was done and we had a plan the install well. I had a couple issues that I really did not understand well, I called Mike and he was able to talk me through them. I was over in the Bahamas when I had an issue and he was able to trouble shoot the problem and get me back up and running.

I can say the customer service is good. The product is great and the prompt shipment when needed has be fantastic.

The only thing I can say negative is that the explanation on the pressure regulator was not very thorough. Once I saw the rinse video on you tube and understood the time for rinsing and how that system works, I was better able to use it.

I did pickle the system over the summer. I could not find any info on what to do after pickling.

I think a more in-depth systems video might be great for all of us novices so we better understand what is happening and how to address it.

Over all I give the seawater pro 5 stars. Thanks for the water!

I should have done this sooner but I am so glad to share this with you. We bought the largest water maker they have and we put in on a small house in Great Exuma in the Bahamas.

It is supposed to make 40gph and it can really crank it out. Our water comes from a well that pulls seawater from under the the island down in the rock about 75 feet down.

We had horrible water for years. After getting this system our plumbing is no longer eroding, we no longer have to replace washer machine and faucet heads every year.

In fact we went to the local water company that supplies the 5 gallon bottles to have it tested. Our water was so good it was off their testing charts. They told us they should be buying their water from us.

The only issues we have ever had was user error on our parts on how to operate and maintain the system. I have been able to text and also FaceTime them when I needed a little help with what I was doing wrong.

We are so very happy that they have been the solution for our little rental house in paradise.

Excellent service and excellent quality materials. seawater Pro is great value for your money. Other competitors charge a LOT more.

Awesome customer service. I needed hoses and fittings for another manufacturer's system. They manufactured the hoses while we waited.

Had to replace multiple parts on an older system. Service was impeccable, answered the phone every time and had the answer immediately.

Have the SeaWater Pro water maker for 2 years. Indispensable in the Bahamas. Besides, the quality of water is so good, you want to make it instead of shore water anyways.
had no issues ever but in 2 years there was a tiny leak in one of the joins due to boat vibrations. Mike and his team are the best. Always stay by their product and support it in every way possible. Response on a weekend in minutes. Sent the replacement part instantly at no charge, not even shipping. Good people. Highly recommend.

I really like that this is an up and coming venture that is offering more value than expense. The sales communication process could use some polishing but that will come with growth. I look forward to the installation process that I'll do myself as I do almost everything on my boat myself. From everything I've read, they are customer service and support intensive.
