Can’t be happier
Can’t be happier : product is great, shipment arrived on time, and well packaged, but above all, a “Platinium-grade” customer service by Mike.

The price was good
The price was good, the components arrived in good condition and appears to be good quality. However I had to reach out several times with questions and was hoping to speak with someone and that never happen, but I did receive a email with a YouTube video that didn't quite answer my question. I ended up calling my battery company who sold me my batteries 3 years ago and they got right back to me and cleared up my concerns. Either way this company sells a good quality product for a fair price and we are looking forward to getting out new unit installed.

My boost pump went on the fritz
My boost pump went on the fritz after about 15 months, I ordered another one off their website, but also asked mike if it was under warranty. He said yes, and credited my card the full amount of the order, GREAT WORK, seawater pro, I am glad I chose you as my water maker.

Fantastic Service
I sent an email requesting a fitting, before I had a chance to receive and read the reply email the part was already on the way. You can't beat customer service like that. Great Job!

Fast response
Just started to use the water maker and so far it’s been great. I like the fact that it is very manual and simple. No circuit boards etc.
And any parts I needed were available and shipped quickly. Also the videos were helpful

Super product
Super product. Small wish - for international install - ask customers if they need extra pipes(hard to get locally).
Thank you again. Very friendly support.

Satisfied Customer
I’m very happy with the water maker, but not a fan of the push connections — they have a tendency to leak on me, so I will be replacing them with barbed hose fittings and clamps. Overall I am quite happy with my purchase.
