I work here in UK.securitas values of integrity vigilants and helpfulness is all lies. And they don't following the code of conduct or their own set policies. I make a complain of serious data's breaches in the office in London. I takin my complains to senior hr in full details explain that manager leave staff private confidential information in the table for all to see, this is unacceptable conduct in the office. The hr no do investigation but tell my manager of this who after start to bullies me and make me feel am nothing and like not give me work and told me am finish for making the complain on a manager. So I was just being treatment unfairly and they are bully me. I then complains to senior hr Sarah and senior head of companies Shaun Kennedy. They do nothing. I explain them hr and managers doing corrupt policies and fraud and not doing in line with companies policies and they cover up all.make me feel emotional and mentally torture and manipulation amd for them treat me like this am become homeless.

Never ever work with this company. They are not honest and have their "fake"rules, I have been trying to break our contract for one year now, and they won't let us go, oblige us to pay some upfront money for no reason.

Enorme arnaque, ne faite surtout pas cette erreur. Je suis commerçant je me suis engagé pour 5 ans, pour 4 cameras, télésurveillance et un bouton panique. L alarme sonne assez fréquemment pour rien, la télésurveillance n a pas accès au camera et n appel même plus, c est un vocal enregistré qui appel. Un soir j ai voulu armer l alarme et elle me signalé un defaut. Je n ai pas pu l armé. Le lendemain le sav m indique que le bouton de panique est amorcé, une erreur d un employé. Mais en fait personne n a appelé pour savoir si on se faisait agresser ou autre. Pour tout cela je suis engagé sur 5 ans a 200€ par mois soit 12000€ pour un service ultra mauvais. Vous les appelez.pour un problème. Ils vous dise je vous envoi quelqu'un et vous recevez quelque jour après une facture de 300€ alors qu aucun devis ni bon pour accord n a ete stipulé. Vraiment a fuir

Do not go near this company . I trusted the people I met to safeguard my large property . They had acquired supreme security which had failed , and the new management promised a new approach since that time , the mismanagement of this company and its resources is almost mind boggling …. bad installations leading to terrible experiences with repair folks who seem to pay cursory attention to testing equipment before they leave the premises . Poor to non existent customer communications . Broken promises etc etc etc . It’s like a business school case study of all the things you can do badly
STAY AWAY
If there was a negative number, this would still not be adequate for their services. A security company that can't answer phones, messages, or emails promptly. Heaven forbid you have an issue and have to deal with this poor excuse for an alarm company. STAY AWAY!!!

Après la reprise de Stanley par Securitas, un client d'Arlon a son pt de contact le plus proche à Liege ! Ils ne répondent pas aux mails, n'assurent pas de suivi.
Une entreprise à éviter.

Te prospecte par téléphone alors qu'aucun accord n'a été donné et en plus te permettre de te raccrocher au nez.
Truly Awful Company
So here are the bullet points that most Securitas employees will experience.
1. Invasive long screening process that involved family members (personal details/accounts) and results in about 5 months of wasted time to get deployed.
2. Regularly cancelled shifts or unpaid (loss of money)
3. Underpaid holidays and will continue to use and abuse accrual system after
one year of employment so you continue to be underpaid each year for your holidays. (loss of money)
4. If the contract holder issues a pay increase Securitas drag their heels on it for almost a year to save money. (loss of money)
5. They don't respect fixed year to year contracts for core officers so if you need a steady or stable income they will just change it with no notice and you could be earning a lot less. (loss of money) You get treated like a relief officer.
6. They will offer to process and pay for your SIA Licence renewal but they will downgrade your licence qualification from Door Supervisor to Security Guard to save money which limits your future job options.
7. Endless online mandatory e-learning courses using up your free time.
8. The managers are always working for the client and against you.
9. Securitas run each contract at the bare minimum and this results in being overworked and understaffed and having to work some truly awful shift patterns that are no good for your health or family life.
10. In your first few months at the company you'll probably think every is going good as they give you the special honeymoon treatment right at the start but I guarantee all the other previously mentioned points will come later.
11. If you are expecting any quality time off work then forget it as Securitas holiday cover is usually poor, even when you give the company double or more than the required notice you are often denied. Other security companies are far more generous with their holiday entitlement. You will most likely end up with 16 or 22 days holiday if you are lucky.
12. When you do run into problems they will try and talk to you about it informally on their phone so it can be forgotten about and not addressed, they purposely avoid using emails so you can't collect receipts against them for their inaction or any potential legal action you may take in the future.
13. If you do overtime for them once they expect it all the time. (big mistake)
For a company that claims to be from a country with strong labour unions their treatment of UK employees is despicable.
Now you ask yourself is this worth the peanuts they pay?

The worst ever. Very slow services and defective new équipements. For 2 monthswithout alarm system but still the company charging me for that period. The salesman not really helpful as long as a contract just signed for 5 years. For the other house, a service requested, they return my call 45 days later because they don't have enough technicians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Originally signed up with Stanley Security. Securitas took over the contracts (with no warning to us). Absolutely impossible to get a hold of. I was on hold for well over 15 hours in all my calls to them to both try to sort out what should be a very minor issue. Their lines often go dead at 5pm EST - I'm in MST, would call them at 1.30pm MST, wait on hold for an hour and a half then have the call just drop because its the end of their business hours in Montreal.
Repeatedly tried emailing them as well, both for tech support and eventually to cancel the service. I did not get ANY replies to my emails.
Eventually on my 3rd call and probably over 5 hours on hold I got through to their "loyalty" department to finally cancel the service, I had to give them 30 days notice, but that isn't a big deal.
What was a big deal was that even though I paid them for the 30 days, they wouldn't cancel the actual Alarm.com account early so I could switch to another provider. To transfer my Alarm.com account it is just a matter of giving Securitas a transfer code from my new provider and everything would transfer over instantly and neatly including all the automations, and account setup.
Securitas has told me they will only cancel the Alarm.com account and not transfer it, so now I have to re-setup everything from scratch with my new provider - automations, routines, rules, security cameras, users, codes, etc.
This company is the personification of incompetence, rudeness and bad service.

I don't know how nobody can get hired. They managed to hire. My former employee who actually stole Clients actually has a judgment against them for fraud and theft. Then again its arizona they hire felons out there. And the fact that her brother worked for until where she is station. That could have something to do with it to talk about a conflict of interest Do not To mention the fraudulent resume. They claim that they were a small business manager of my company.
Since the time named me, they're about to have another judgment on them. I myself might go after the individual for Fraud Because I guess a family member pretended to be me for employment verification

J'ai donc voulu changer de compagnie et il ne m'ont jamais donner le code. Il m'a donc fallu changer touts le systèmes et donc payer encore pour une chose qui m'appartient déjà. Une mise en demeure sera envoyé. Vraiment en colère

Personnel très désagréable à la centrale de plus vous demande si elle devra vous appeler encore souvent alors que c'est un peu leur job !!!! Ce n'est pas la première fois que ce genre de problème à été constaté et remonté chez eux.

Fraport Security 28.10, Passagiere stehen vor dem Check und dann wird die Kontrolle einfach geschlossen. Schichtende. Passiere sollen sich wieder hinten anstellen, keine Eskalationsmöglichkeit, stumpf auf die Polizei verwiesen. Prozessschwächen und keine Möglichkeit zu eskalieren.

If I could give less than one star I would. This company has the worst service. Alarm failed and after a month of calls, all with long holds we still had no technician contact us. We had to pay out our contract to cancel even though this company breached the contract by not the providing service that we paid for. Do not use Securitas Technology!
Absolutely useless HR department
Absolutely useless HR department. Applied in 2018 and was offered interview then nobody got back to me. Applied a few weeks back. Breached the Equality Act 2010, constantly putting up barriers, and dragging out processes. HR no comprehension of basic legal/medical issues, and no pragmatism . Complete waste of time. Just got fed up of jumping through hoops. Don't bother applying if you have a disability! Had blanket bans on application form even though outlawed by DDA about two decades ago.
