The terms and conditions box was already checked and I created an account and was charged $48 for POST CARDS not inmate calling TOTAL MISSLEADING nowhere is the amount DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I have a family member in jail cape may county n.j I googled phone call service for
Cape may county correctional service and
Secure tel us & global TEL were listed in with
The jails phone call services I called set up an account said I could send post cards to the jail through them and they gave me a phone # for my family member to call and supposedly it would ring my phone
.I've sent 5 post cards and haven't received any letters or phone calls back. I called there support # and checked to see if my account was set up and an automated system said they could find no account or phone #s that matched mine even though I set up an account with a password . They just lien scammers steeling people's hard earned cash for a service that is a front that does nothing they should be locked up in one of the jails and throw away the key. And banned from advertising a fake company. Real bad people low lifes

Negative Stars if I could same thing happened to me as happened to all these other people charge me 44 something called right away and requested cancelation they said there is a fee of 14.99thia company is bullcrap I am litterlly arguing with them over emails as I am typing this. If they actually make things right I will change my review and add that in. Google needs to take this company off! It's the first link when your looking for securus!

It's a rip-off, shut them down! I was never able to use this service and asked for a refund. They kept $14.99 of my money. I want my money back they took. It wasn't stated on this fake site that they were going to charge me for asking for a refund for none service. Shame on them! Scammers!!!!

They steal money from you. This is a scam all around. Horrible. Website is NOT easily understandable, at all. I was confused and thought I was just adding my debit card on file for future calls but they charged me $45. I asked for a refund and had to argue with Patricia for several hrs over back and forth emails, her trying to convince me to use their service and not get my refund. Finally, after repeatedly saying yes, I want my refund, they stole $15 of it saying it's a nonrefundable fee. Thieves.

They need to be shut down and made to return everybody money and then put in jail. I am reporting this company to the FBI because I truly believe it is a scam and the people running knows it. Nobody has used the services because they rob you of $45 . Just sad. Not surprised to see the reviews. Do not use this company stay away I repeat stay away do not set up an account once you set up the account they charge your credit card without your permission and then they don't refund you all of your money they say that you agreed to pay them the 1499 even if you don't pick up package they charge your credit card 4599 this company is a rip-off they steal your money and then tell you what your fault there's no reason why this business should be allowed to operate shame on these people

i made a mistake by signing up with securtel.us ..they charged me 45.98 the first day without me even selecting a plan .I requested a refund on feb.3,2021 today is feb 23,2021 and i have yet to hear anything from them.it states my request was being researched and they will contact me in 48hrs ,i never not one time heard from them! then it proceeds to say that any credit will be issued to my credit or debit card and may take up to 5 days to show within my bank account NOTHING YET!!!!!! then it says do not contact your bank my bank has no credits until they complete the credit review !!!!clearly this a a total scam DO NOT PURCHASE STAY AWAY

same bs happened to me. they have the terms and conditions box auto checked with no indication that you can read anything or open it then you just put in your card info and it never says it is charging you or how much. I saw a $45.98 charge on my card and called them to get it solved they gave me the run around and said it was my fault and I agreed to it and will only refund $31 it is a straight up scam.

Rip off, charge you twice, $49.98 on one day and $49.98 two days later
Only would refund $31.00

Someone is making money!

Accidentally set up an account with them instead of the company I needed because their names are similar. They charge $47 off the bat. I call to get a refund no answer. Said leave a message we will call you back. Email is faster. I email them they tell me they can only refund $31 because in the terms and conditions they charge a $14.99 non-refundable fee even if i never used the account and couldn't. Absolutely ridiculous.

Everytime I go to use it , I have to change my password, his facility is not listed and it is NOT easy. Why can't you just set up an account and it be there???
