Really excellent subscription service. Clear website, easy to manage and update, good selection of seeds, plants and items. Also just the right amount of email reminders. Allows you to amend and adapt your order, and choose your plants every month but also they don't bombard you with spam.

I ordered from Seed Pantry and paid £6.50 for next day delivery as this was intended as a last minute gift. It wasn’t shipped until the following afternoon and has not arrived since. They have been unhelpful and have ignored my messages. They refuse to issue a refund just for the delivery and I haven’t heard from them regarding a full refund seeing as the item never arrived. I spent £25 in total and it’s gone down the drain.

This was a gift from my husband and I really enjoyed the mixture of seeds/bulbs etc. I could choose. It's made me more confident about growing my own flowers and even some veg!

Whilst this might be ok if you are ordering for yourself I set this up as a gift for my Mum and it was a total nightmare. I tried to change the order details to my mum's details on multiple occasions but without success. I reached out to the company on several occasions but the very casual responses didn't resolve the issue. The company had several chances to step in and fix it from their end but didn't seem to care. In the end my Mum and I decided we'd both wasted too many frustrating hours trying to sort it out and cancelled the subscription. It was intended as a gift but gave no pleasure - just an admin nightmare.

Unfortunately the company couldn't provide my item on this occasion. I was offered an alternative which I didn't accept and they very kindly gave me a full refund as soon as possible. I would use this company again.

I had hoped for bulbs rather than seeds. As I don’t have a green house, I’m running out of space in the house to grow seeds

Great options every month I’ve built up quite a stack of seeds over time to create a beautiful garden all yr round, love that they are sent at the right time for sowing with plenty of information.
The ONE time over two years I received mushy bulbs they replaced straight away.
My garden is blooming in spring with a variety of things already a really great thing to sign up to while learning more and more about gardening.

You had what i wanted and the service was excellent

I ordered the botanical seed packed for next day delivery. The packet itself is lovely but it didn’t turn up until 3 days later. I had no communication from Seed Pantry despite using their email and WhatsApp. I want my next day delivery refunded please!

All looks fine and delivery as expected. Only very small complaint was that we asked for one order with chilies and one with tomatoes and they were both with tomatoes.
These are Christmas presents, so can't say anymore at the moment.

There was an offer of 70% off but I was charged full price. I immediately emailed but got no reply. I am now waiting to return the item and hopefully get a full refund!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, glad to say was pleasantly surprised. The boxes had everything to get growing, good size cards with planting info and instructions.
Ordered mixture of seeds and bulbs, a job set for this weekend gleefully looking forward to fruits of my labour.
