I’ve only given 4 stars because 2 of the 6 plants were no good to use, but we’ve used the 4 good ones and really hope we’ll get lots of flowers from them.
Update 25th, another one has died - so I’ve only had 3 out of 6 to survive

The service from Seed Pantry was great. The bulbs I ordered were well packaged and labelled and I’m very happy with the order. The delivery time was spot on as well.

Difficulty reaching customer service
Difficulty reaching customer service, very poor. The only time i did get through lady on phone amazing but help line, and emails not answered generally, very frustrating

We will make a promise to you, to make sure we're there to help when you need us. We do have guarantees in place to respond to emails within 24hrs, so you should have received a response. We will look into this. We have recently also added a Whatsapp link to the website for chat responses to make it easier than emails (which often get sent to spam folders and missed).
