Item was received but the box was empty. Nothing in it just some packing material. Called customer support no answer. At least visa refunded my money.
Update
Did hear back from customer service. Asked me to photograph the pack and send it to them. So far no reply back. Got my money back from visa. Could care less about them now

They charge a monthly recurring membership fee only listed in very fine print @ checkout. There is no correspondence regarding the membership and it just shows up on your statement.

Very deceptive, attaches a VIP membership to every purchase. Ask at checkout for me to pay an additional fee for an upgraded version of the product I purchased which I did but sent me the original version without providing a refund. Buyer beware!!!!

I ordered a phone charger. It is well made and sturdy. It didn't take long to get it.

These people are crooks. Don’t buy from them . They sent me something completely different then what was advertised and would not give me a return authorization or refund. Very dishonest Don’t waste your money.

I have multiple charging cords, but I was drawn in to this product due to the design of not having the cord sticking out in the way and being able to use the "legs" to support my phone in standing position. Nice design feature.

It was really easy ordering my fans and I got them Farley quickly too!

Buyer Beware!!! The product I purchased vs the product I received were worlds apart... the one I received did not work at all. After emailing back and forth with zero resolution, I am certain that this company has zero regard for customers and are scam artists. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Total rip-off!!!

The cord was exactly as advertised and funtions well. Item arrived timely.
