Misplaced my manual of the Selene Dog…
Misplaced my manual of the Selene Dog Fountain. I've had is less than a month and bought the wireless fountain. I now moved the bowl and keep it plugged in but wanted to change it to only run when the dog came to the bowl. I've searched and searched online and CAN NOT find a manual and no intructions on how to change the setting but found many dissatified customers. I also found scum in the the bowl after a week. NOT HAPPY

To switch your wireless fountain to sensor mode, simply press the main module to cycle through the available settings until you reach sensor mode. This will allow the fountain to activate when your dog approaches instead of running continuously.
We're also sorry to hear about the buildup you've noticed in the bowl. Regular cleaning of the bowl and fountain components can help prevent residue from accumulating, and our team would be happy to provide additional care tips and a copy of the instructions.

Very customer oriented
Initially I had some difficulty with the ordering process and ended up ordering two fountains instead of one. Fortunately for me, SelenePets graciously responded immediately to my request for help to remove one of the orders. This is the kind of company I like doing business with. They are honest and very responsive, very customer service oriented. I recommend them for that especially.

Best automated water bowl!
My girls love their new automated water bowl! I love it as it's so easy to clean and my girls water bowl isn't slimy when I go to clean it out, therefore, they aren't drinking slimy water. Great product, and it's my second automated water bowl I've tried. It's the best one I've found. I highly recommend the Selene Pet Water bowl!

Dishonest company, do not trust
Product itself is good, but it stops running when the water level is down to a couple inches. Also I wouldn't trust this company. They offered me an incentive for leaving them a review and then sent me an invalid code. When I brought it to their attention there was no response, so they use fraudulent soliciting/advertising. Their filters are EXTREMELY expensive, way more than other models. I would not do business with this company in the future because they aren't honest in their business dealings. If they lied about the reward for doing the review then I have to wonder what else they lied about, I wouldn't trust my pets health with a dishonest company. They obviously don't care about their customers.

The best water basin for my dog EVER!

The Selene dog fountain is a great…
The Selene dog fountain is a great product. My dog was a bit afraid of it the first day and actually barked at it, but it has two modes for the fountain. I made sure that it circulates every 15 minutes instead of the motion sensor mode. He drinks out of it without hesitation now.
I like the convenience of the large capacity of water so my dog does not run out of water and also that it runs without being plugged in all of the time. It is a little pricey for a pet fountain but it is food grade stainless steel and with care and cleaning it should last. Make sure to cancel the subscription right away if you’re not interested.

Doggie Water fountain & Customer Service
I have a large water fountain for my dogs - after 3 months the pump stopped working. I reached out to jess in customer support and sent then a short video of the problem and they didn’t hesistate to send me a new pum0 - i haven’t received it yet but I have no doubt it will come ;) Great service - Hopefully this one will last longer.

I’ve been using the Selene 7-Liter Dog Fountain for over six months, and my pups absolutely love it! 🐾💕 Recently, the pump stopped working, but customer service was incredibly quick, friendly, and professional! Our dogs went right to it, seem to be drinking more, aim not having to clean and refill water dishes multiple times a day. Currently with 2 dogs using it, one that constantly gets food bits in the water dish, this is a God send.

When I decided to order
When I decided to order, before I finalized but after you had received my financial info, you sent product and charged my account. I decided to try product anyway and it is working well with my elderly dog who had cut down his drinking but it is disturbing that you sent product when I had not finalized sale. Then you proceeded to send me further product which I had not ordered until I threatened. That is NOT the way to run a business. That is corrupt! The product is good.......you need not and should not try to operate in that manner!

Four Dogs and Three Bowls
Received our two large and one small battery operated Selene fountain bowels for our four dogs in a timely manner. I researched this drinking method for pets to ensure fresh moving water and Selene was recommended. I ordered my bowels and was not disappointed. My bowels are made well and are easily assembled. These were well received by all of our dogs and I find that I need one more!

Subscription Scam
I am satisfied with the pet fountain itself, but I am extremely disappointed with Selene Pets and its customer service.
The dental drops were advertised as a FREE GIFT with my purchase, not as an ongoing subscription. I never authorized a subscription, and I absolutely do not sign up for automatic recurring charges. One month ago, I emailed customer service explicitly revoking authorization to use my card and requesting that ALL future charges and shipments be stopped. I received absolutely no response.
Now, for the second consecutive month, I have been charged another $65 for a product I never intended to purchase or subscribe to in the first place. This is completely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, that's not the only issue. When my fountain arrived in September, the lid was dented. I immediately emailed customer service, including pictures of the damage, and once again received no response. Not a single acknowledgment, apology, or offer to resolve the issue.
Apparently, the only communication Selene Pets is capable of maintaining is the steady stream of annoying emails and text messages about my dog drinking water. It's incredibly frustrating that a company can be so attentive when it comes to marketing but completely unresponsive when a customer needs actual assistance.
Customer service makes or breaks a company, and Selene Pets has failed miserably in that department. I genuinely like the concept and philosophy behind the product, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It's unfortunate that the company itself doesn't seem to live up to the values it promotes.
For these reasons, I am giving Selene Pets ONE STAR. I expected much better and am thoroughly disappointed..
