Only had about one week
Only had my dog water bowl for a week. It came in a bag not doubled boxed and the bowl had a small dent. Doesn’t affect anything. Have 4 large and medium dogs. Bought this for several reasons. 2 GSD dogs love to play in water. It’s every where. Now there is less water on the floor. My older GSD hasn’t really started using it much. For his health I hope he does. Selene has been good to let me know what is going on and giving tips. I like the filters keeping the water cleaner. It’s a nice stainless steel bowl. Did not come with a plug in adapter. I like it so far.

Wonderful pet fountain and exceptional…
Wonderful pet fountain and exceptional customer service.
No noisy sound, easy to assemble and to clean. Does not collect slime. My pets began drinking immediately out of it. Very happy with product and customer service.

I bought my doggie fountain in August
I bought my doggie fountain in August. The pump stopped working . When I contacted the company because of the 5 yr warrenty they sendt a list of instructions to try. Nothing worked, I sent a video and my new pump is on the way. I am glad I contacted them, it took a few days tio resolve but that is okay. They stood behinf their product and I believe they made good on their promise.

I highly recommend this product
I highly recommend this product. The product was great. My dogs were skeptical at first however once they saw it wasn't harmful they have been drinking from it quite a bit. I feel better cause I know the water is clean. The customer service I recieved was not only fast but curteous.

Incredible Customer Service
The customer service has been incredible. I placed my order last night, but on the email confirmation, my apartment number seemed to be missing. I reached out to ensure it would be added to the shipping label and in very little time, Britney assured me she checked my order and the apt number was included. She made sure if I had any further questions, to please reach out again. It's rare to find a company who actually CARES about their customers and I'm so excited to get the fountain for my furbabies. If the product is as nice as the service I've already received, they'll have one extremely happy customer!!

Our pup wouldn’t go near the fountain at first. I contacted you and you gave us some great tips to try and help and now he absolutely loves it. Our goal for doing this was to try to get him to drink more water and cleaner water. He loves his fountain now and is drinking more water daily so we are very happy overall with the results. My dog seems to like it
My dog seems to like it. It’s convenient that I do not have to change the water all the time. I do think the filters a pricey. Especially considering tgey want you to replace them every 2 weeks.

I like the way the two dogs watched the flow of water then they drink ABIT watched them drank a bit more, now here's the thing the bit a never thought I would find, the amount slime, hair and dust in the filters!! I am happy with the drinking fountain
I am happy with the drinking fountain; however, I was sent wired filters instead of wireless filters...It took me a lot longer than I would have liked, but finally got the correct filters.

I never received the fountain or the…
I never received the fountain or the filters and dental drops. They charged me for a subscription, I cancelled that eventually but I’ve not received my refund. I have to keep emailing them…
It’s a lot of money and when you don’t receive your order and then won’t refund it doesn’t fill you with confidence. I won’t let this go. I want a refund. 😡 this has been going on for 3 months 😡

This business is a scam. I’ve read other experiences just like mine. I only received filters no fountain. I’ve reached out they said the would try to look into it and then just silence. I’ve contacted my bank to report it a scam.
